The only way to end conmen in prison is if the government puts all prison where the inmates are to be a no network zone. Except for police offices. Meaning the inmates cannot recieve or call out
Not in kenya...
There's a gadget that can be used to block network. But Kenya I doubt they can use it
Even the cops should not have phones, when will they ever know that they are still prisoners
