I also noticed earlier this week my drivers side rear is lower than my passenger side. I though I must’ve done something when installing th coilovers but I didn’t make any adjustments to them. Thanks for mentioning it’s a common problem
Just subbed. Those rims compliment that blacked out trim on the grill and the tint. Fire cinematics at the end. Love the car. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
P.S. keep in mind that people in the back seat will add weight that will push the car down more on the tires. So compensate for that as well when you get it raised.

I love the te37s. I'm just starting to work on my 3is. Quick question, I'm buying some discontinued volk g25s and wanted to do 19x8.5 35mm Fr and 19x9.5 45mm rear. They only have the 19x8.5 35mm for all around. Do you think the fitment would look less aggressive? I'm still going to stagger the tires but I'm confused as to what to do. What do u think would be best? Just cancel the g25s or find a wheel I can put 19x9.5 in the rear?
The IS comes staggered but if I go to all square set up wheels and tires would that effect the power of the car ?

If you had 255 tires on for the rear, would it still rub? or you haven't tried that?

What offset did you end up getting? Im planning on getting them for my 2020 3is 350 AWD Fsport. Just concerned about rubbing with that 9.5 in width, any rubbing at all? I'm guessing you got 37mm offset and paired with a 5mm spacer for that flush look? It looks amazing brother!
18x9.5 with 35 offset all around! No spacers needed. 👌🏿

Thanks!! 👌🏿 I’m currently on BC Coilovers with upgraded swift springs. I used to run RSR Superdown Springs when I first got the IS. I would say the difference is that with springs you can’t adjust the ride height and ride quality is a little stiffer compared to OEM. With Coilovers, you can adjust ride height and if you plan to get swift springs you can choose the spring rate which pretty much is how stiff you want the ride quality. If you plan to camber or drop your car really low I’d say Coilovers.

Much appreciate it! and the Seibon fenders stick out 10MM more than the OEM ones. So you'll see a slight poke.
Gotta get rid of that rust on the break disks! Like the rims but they look a tad small to me.
Yeah I think that’s how I’ve been seeing it for those that are BBKs! Even my previous RR Racing BBKs had that rust on the rotors. Yeah I went with 18s to have more play with the tire specs.
i have the AWD, and i know staggered is not ideal but having different tire size doesnt affect the awd system at all? As long as the wheel sizes are all the same?
Yeah as long as the tire diameter the same amount all 4 wheels. It will be fine to have a staggered setup.
For RWD, my car’s factory setup is 225/50/18 for front and 245/45/18 for rear.
I have some buddies run square setup with 245/45/18.
If front and rear rims have Different offset, can you still do tire rotation??
No. You would have been better off doing same offsets and then using a small spacer to change the offset as needed. Then you could swap wheels and just leave spacers in place.

Thanks! 👌🏿 I wouldn’t change the specs, it’s more of the tire specs I went with. 275 are kinda aggressive for the IS itself but wanted to give it a try and see. I mean it fits no problem it’s just the ride height that’s making me rub atm. A lot of IS go with a staggered setup. Common specs are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 with a 40-35 offset. That specs you can run without having to worry clearance issues. Tires for that wheel spec would be like 225/35 and 255/30. Tbh really depends what look you trying to achieve.

@@WolfieP24 for sure! And yeah that spec I mentioned is ideal for daily. Hence if you have the IS350 with bigger oem calipers on the front then consider the offset no more than 40 offset or so. Else it won’t clear and you’ll need to run spacers.

Appreciate it!! 🤘🏿. My offset is 35s all around if you check out my IG, I show a pic of how close the wheel barrels are to the steering knuckle. With the 265s on the front it fits very flush in the inside so it’s like perfect. I would say it took me a good week to fully measure everything on getting the correct tire specs and brand. Nope! On the fronts I have zero rubs even on full turns.

Tbh the Superdowns sat a lot lower and people thought I was on coils when I had the springs on. Lol. I just didn’t like the fact one side sat lower tho and wanted to adjust the height for my wheel sets previously. Haha mine is not the black edition tho! Side mirrors and door handles are painted oem black!
@@Und3rgroundLex yeah i wanted springs that were more like downs and not super downs, but RSR only makes the super downs for the AWD. so now i'm thinking of coilovers but they're much more expensive haha. i'll have to see. also yeah, i know you don't have black edition but you make me want a darker color. i have a white car and am also going to paint the door handles black one day!

what do you think of that drop? i'm going to get the issue where one side is higher than the other, but also, i'm going to get rake where i think the front is higher than the back, right? i def don't want that. i wonder if i can just get down springs and only put them in the front and hope it's even. or, maybe look into another spring manufacturer that makes up for the rake correctly.
How can you rotate 275 vs 265 tire on yours? Not 100% squared then, no?
Naa can’t rotate since 275s are my rear. If I did 265s all around then yes I can rotate
oof she pretty, and yeah Im on superdowns and it leans on the rear driver side. I think its cause the fuel tank is on that side but not 100% never got that deep lol
Haha thanks homie and yeah it’s really weird. Make the whole Coilovers adjustment off so you really need to measure it to get the exact height in each side. I’m sure with bags it’s a lot easier to adjust the height lol

How many 0 Rings do I need to buy if I I want to install center caps
The Centric Rings, you only need 4, one for each wheel that mounts behind the wheel. SL specific you need center cap adapters to run center caps. Reason why they are called SLs for Super Light or Lap. Regular TE37s, you can just slap center caps with no extra mods needed.

Nice! Mine is too and we have identical wheel setup, I had to mess around with my height when I was on 265 all around, it ended being too much gap for my liking so I went down to a 255, and it’s perfect 👌
@@El.Rey.00 Appreciate it! and yeah with my lip setup I can't lower mine anymore where I am or else I will scrap really bad lol. Another reason why I had to raise mine. But yeah for sure don't want to look high either but a nice flush look!
