Dal Pithi ki recipe | दाल पीटी की रेसिपी | Mithilanchal food | Dal ki Dulhan or Dal Tikri ki recipe

hello and welcome to simple style coming today I am going to share with you all well with tikki recipe which is also known as dal ki Dulhan aur dal ki chakli it is made in Bihar and mithilanchal. It is a very mild flavour yet very tasty. It is really very healthy as it contains dal and whole wheat flour. So let's start with the recipe.
Dal Pithi ~
Ingredients :-
Arhar dal - 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Mustard oil - 1 tsp
Dried red chilli - 1
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Garlic - 4 to 5
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilli - 1
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Melted ghee - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Dalapathi, dal tikri, Dal ki Dulhan
