Bargain Bead Box Creations | Stormy Seas Earrings

I'm putting my Bargain Bead Box to use again, this time to make a gorgeous pair of Stormy Seas Earrings.
All I could think was stormy seas when I firm saw the porcelain beads, so instantly knew I would be coming up with something around this.
