In my experience with my favorite cuisine, Vietnamese, Thai, Hmong restaurants open when they feel like it. I still love them, because their food is calling to my soul.
The worlds greatest sandwich is the one you make on boxing day when you sneak the turkey scallops from the underside of the bird surrounded in a little of the jelly on soft white bread spread with proper and a tiny scraping of mayo with fresh shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber. In the East Coast central Florida, the Chinese buffets usually have stone crab claws on their buffets. Many the time I have had them on trips to the Canaveral and Palm coast areas. Even down to West Palm.
