I bought my 2013 Buick Enclave brand new on a 2 digit salary. I'm still paying today. I have over 100K kilometers on her and she still drives like the day I bought her! I can not express enough how impressed I am with her or how much I love her. She is a beast! I live in northern Manitoba where we see 6 - 7 months of snow, up to -50 degrees celsius in the coldest of temperatures and +33 in the warmest of temperatures. Nothing has stopped us yet, not even our provincial trunk highways that are chewed up and are washboard like . I've even taken this beast off roading, through the mountains of beautiful British Columbia and delivering pizza for three local restaurants. I have the local dealership calling me at least 6 times a year trying to get me into something new. I keep telling them that it'll cost them a lot of money to get me out of my 2013 Buick Enclave.
My dad has a 2013 premium one. It's so smooth to drive and has a very nice, all leather interior. It has two sunroofs, but only one opens. I know that the steering wheel is a little old, but it still looks pretty nice if you ask me. I also really like how they changed the lighting, They changed almost every light; the headlights, fog lights, and the reverse lights. It's an all around very nice car.
this car is nice. $50k is scary, but in general it's nice. If u really like domestic 7seat suvs, choose gmc acadia. cause at list it look like suv. enclave and chevrolet traverse look minivan - ish...
A lot of haters in this comment section. Kind of makes me laugh though. These things have presence when you see them in person and not in 1080. I've wanted one since the first gen came out.
Probably will do well, just for an example, the Terrain vs Equinox, yes the Nox is selling a bit more but they stil can't keep either in showrooms. The full on style differences sell products, no badge engineering.
My wife drives the Premium and it is great, the nav system on my 129 dollar Costco Garmin is better than the system- that goes for Dodge's Ford's and GM's I have used them all long term in 2012-2014 models. Acadia was my choice she thought it was an ugly front end.
Ps.. The lacrosse has the same stwering wheel & it's heated, but good recovery though ;-) & it rides a lot different than an Acadia or Travers due to softer dampening & extra weight from sound proofing. Pss...hire me, lol.
Yea understand, its all in what kind of style people want. Acadia looks more truck like but stylish along with the rest of the line up, while Enclave looks more like an SUV version of LaCrosse. All in what people want. If they want it, they'll spend the money for it.
I love how with ever new GM product they are so excited about their live stitching... instead of molded plastic made to look like stitching... well it's about time GM! lol
I really enjoy these crossovers, but 40,000 dollars and no sunroof, leather, or navigation? I could get a Traverse or Acadia with those features for that price.
First of all look at the Cadillac Xts and all future models and then tell me about detail. There is even alcantara on the XTS which is an optional on a A8. Second, maybe they are not on par with the Mercedes on built quality but not as ugly. Look at the new e class, if you think that car is beautiful then there is something wrong with you.
My pregnant wife and I looked at this and the GMC. This was classier than the GMC. The 2012 models both had crappy build quality and plastics forna $45k plus truck. The GMC had a dash panel along the front glass that kept popping out!! I blame Guberment Motors on that one! We ordered a 2013 Explorer built to our liking. Much better choice!
Well, Terrain and 'Nox target different audience, but Enclave and Acadia target people who don't want Pilot/HL/CX9 and probably in the same price range.
It will be interesting to see Acadia and Enclave go against each other since they are very close in terms of dollar except one is little girly and the other is prof. grade.
Did he just say it's hard to heat wood? It's pretty bloody easy to heat wood if you know what I mean : nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more, say no more
I'm 54 and will not buy this car...It's a grandpa car and I'm too young to drive a grandpa car. I will go with Audi Q7, Infiniti QX4, Volvo QC60 or the range Rover Evoque..

Tara Lagace I would like to buy one to do uber with it but everyone said don’t do it what you thing?

First Drive of the All New 2013 Buick Enclave.
Roman, just wondering what you personally drive?
great vids keep it up!
So much hate for a beautiful and successful car
Roman, will you guys be testing the new Buick Encore later this year? I'm interested to see reports on that model.
Just bought one, pretty nice, quiet, smooth, roomy, gas gusler.....
Love love steering wheel but I've gotta have easy turning one. Sounds like it's tougher to turn for carpal tunnel ugh
When's the full review coming?
this car is nice. $50k is scary, but in general it's nice. If u really like domestic 7seat suvs, choose gmc acadia. cause at list it look like suv. enclave and chevrolet traverse look
minivan - ish...
Beautiful car. If only I had a pile of kids to justify buying something with that seating capacity

The buick is better than the Volvo, the Volvo is boring and looks like it was made in the 90's.
I love Buicks, the drive is amazingly luxurious and comfortable for a decent cost.
The guy has to mention the income of the customers. Frikin ridiculous these American car dealers. "It has REAL stitching" oooooh...
Probably will do well, just for an example, the Terrain vs Equinox, yes the Nox is selling a bit more but they stil can't keep either in showrooms. The full on style differences sell products, no badge engineering.
Man it puts out 288hp not 280hp get your information right.
He did say 288....he said it quickly. Turn on CC and you'll see it correctly. But even so.....wow...8 whole horsepower....phew....slow down.
@@joestriker2100 yea he's a dick
$39,000.-$50,000.
Well, if you're going to spend this kind of money, you better make sure this is exactly what you want.

Buick has done well in the crossover area..
yes i agree but compared to Toyota. Parents bought a brand new 2011 camry and got rid of it in 2 years. Happy with this dodge :)
very good review but im still not convinced. im leaning towards leasing a regal

Nice car, but no heated steering wheel...
I love how with ever new GM product they are so excited about their live stitching... instead of molded plastic made to look like stitching...
well it's about time GM! lol
A mash up between the veloster turbo and nissan juke would be cool
Because headliner is the most important part of a car apparently.
I really enjoy these crossovers, but 40,000 dollars and no sunroof, leather, or navigation? I could get a Traverse or Acadia with those features for that price.
is that real wood ?

It needs more power, the ATS has 312 from the 3.6 twin six, why doesn't this have at least 300.
its beautiful... never seen one to be a best selling car
Then you look up and see the same headliner that gm has been using for like 15 years
Well, Terrain and 'Nox target different audience, but Enclave and Acadia target people who don't want Pilot/HL/CX9 and probably in the same price range.
It will be interesting to see Acadia and Enclave go against each other since they are very close in terms of dollar except one is little girly and the other is prof. grade.
beautiful car , not worth that much money though
Don't forget Acadia.
love that dash! very nice!
The previous Enclave actually did retain its value for some time you know.
Grandpa....Grandpa.....Your car is ready
my thoughts exactly
Traverse you clown....good product knowledge there!
It is actually pretty easy to heat wood...exceptionally easy...maybe too easy.
hey if its not broken dont fix it!!
What you going to drive, a Caddie. :p
why doesn't this vehicle have push button start, it's 50 grand
And when you're an "old fart" you'll be owing one as well.
I think that buick is trying to do what cadillac did 10 years ago.
Sure you didn't drink any of that whiskey. 😏
It is true stitching, get off your computer and go
see for yourself before you spout off.
I wonder if the mahogany is genuine Sweitenia Macrophylla, or the cheap African stuff?
Ahhhh the interlacing!
That was a good choice...on your rating...wait unyil you ...get your flight....ticket back home...smile.
its body work is alot nicer then the passé chrysler crossovers
its not trail rated lol.
Very beautiful car :)
Same!
front looks like the new Buick GL8 in China
I doubt that the stitching is real . It looks like a big piece of plastic . I doubt that steering wood is real mahogany . It's probably plastic also .
I like the previous Gen better....Thats just me.
@atlantaboy1122 hey if its not diffrent dont bother putting it in a brand new car
VW isn't the best either, Audi and BMW are okay, but compared to Buick and Cadillac they don't stand a chance!
Toyota and Honda cars have too many probs. American/german is the best
The mid-ranges' wheels look very cheap.
hahahaha you know nothing, its nothing like the Equinox. The Enclave is much bigger!!! XD
You mean Traverse.
no, you're wrong.
I do not like the changes. Looked better with two tone paint. Without the two tone looks like a whale.
Sorry bro, you're not first.
I HAAATE this car SOOOOO much!
That rules me out as a typical customer--I'm NOT that well-respected in my community. Boo-hoo
that steering wheel looks very dated
Nice :)
Yes.....None of that and it's a buick, old farts car.
perfectly good cars???? Are we looking at the same car?????
buicks are so lame it isnt even funny. Those wheels are just hideous
Call it what you want, it won't hold its value well anyways.
Bob Dole
Haha the guy below me thinks Japanese cars and below American cars. Lolllll
GM attention to detail is awful its truely horrible
This peace of shit cannot compete with my moms Volvo xc90 lol
LOL.... No I wont, trust me.
Buick makes me sleepy...
No such thing as a mazda9...
first
