Learned from my Ilocano friend, one of the bestbway to remove the lansa sa fish even chicken Miss Cynthia try washing it with ika duhang kinilisan sa imong rice, tried it and it really worked. Another thing is ang ila ginabuhat is gina taktak nila ang ulo sa tilapya facing downward i pokpok hantod mu gawas tong murag laway2 nila, I was so amazed jod kay d na lansa
