I'm sure you've heard this before from others, but as someone on the spectrum I use your videos and Midwest Magic Cleaning's videos to help motivate me to clean my own place. While I don't suffer with hoarding, I struggle to find the motivation to clean weekly on my own. Cleaning "with" y'all helps me knock out weekend tasks because it feels like I'm not alone in my cleaning endeavors. I find I'm less agitated by the tasks at hand too. Thank you!

It was amazing to see this lovely studio apartment but it just goes to show that whether it's an expensive place on Wall St or a very poor, shabby place in the rundown parts of town, depression can strike anyone and make them give up and end up in a horrible mess. You are so kind and such an incredibly hard worker! I was thinking how strong your arm muscles must be with all that scrubbing. I hope this lady can feel some peace and calmness and hope in her lovely, fresh apartment now and maybe hire a weekly cleaner to keep on top of things if she still finds it difficult to do herself.

The dog always wanted to be with you! This dog knew you were there to help and could feel your positive energy.
That was an expensive high-end apartment at one time, and it says a lot about the management that there were no bugs running around despite the amount of spilled food. I bet the nicer finishes were more fun to clean, but that apartment sure was a mess! You did a splendid job making it livable again.
Yes, it’s sad though, that the dirt did some damage. People don’t realize that dirt actually eats away at surfaces.❤

Everything was so stellar that I could not decide a favorite! Totally good and thank you. Helps me to clean my own house- I watch a few minutes and then halt the video to do a task. Then I come back and "reward" myself with another 5 minutes or so. I continue this until the video ends and/or I run out of tasks... If I need to do more, I look at another of your videos! Please keep making them as I learn and feel inspired each time.

We are going soon to help a friend who has suffered from depression and anxiety for years who is finally getting the medical help needed. Wow. What a transformation. I hope this person can find the emotional support they need. Now their place will be a haven instead of a torment for their mind. And maybe even if they can’t physically keep the place clean, they’ll be able to hire someone to help with that goal. Sometimes we don’t want others to see the mess of our place when having to ask for help. I know so many people that hire house cleaners and clean before they come. They are embarrassed for others to see their mess. Kind of odd really. But to each their own. Whatever motivates us, right?

This is a very nice expensive apartment, now that it's clean, I hope she can afford someone to come clean for her. strange, separate tub and shower but a bar sink and 2 burner stove in kitchen. Great job Barbie

This place seems super old but in the best possible way. Everything seems like it’s made from marble slabs and thick pieces of glasses, and top end cabinets. You made such a difference!! Like night and day! Now she can cook and bathe and sleep in cleanliness. And all the organizing you did too! I can hardly understand how you got it all done in 4 days! Amazing Barbie!

That bath tub is amazing
When your camera showed the blinds down and all those supplements but no real food for herself, I felt so sad for this person. Clearly she had been struggling for a while. You are such a good person to help these people, Barbie.
Something I have used to help with toilets stained below the water in the bowl is denture cleaning tablets. Even the cheap ones from the dollar store will lessen the stains if you use a handful of them and can let them do their work for hours. A pumice stick is also great on crusty build-up in toilets. Just get it wet and use it on a wet surface, never on a dry one. Be sure to wear gloves, as the pumice is very rough on skin. These are very inexpensive.
I feel so bad for her too….. actually I’m pretty sure she got those products so she can clean the toilet now ❤️❤️❤️

So many things she has that are really nice. Clothes, toiletries, etc. When order and tidiness arrives she will save a lot of money from having to buy new things and sorry if I repeat myself, maybe then she can afford a weekly cleaner to help her life become smoother. She needs a six pack of toilet rolls and a loo cleaner brush beside the toilet and a trash can when you leave. My sympathies and cheers on your great work. Sorry for the dog hope he/she gets out a lot. Really nice flat. Lovely bathroom.

This owner could replace that shower head with a handheld one - it makes it so much easier to clean that area. This can be done even if renting, as long as the existing shower head can be unscrewed. 🤓

I would spray the counter tops with some furniture polish to help keep them shiny and easier to clean.

What in the world was the purple on the white monitor? That bathroom was a whole weeks worth of workout at a gym! It looks amazingly better-I despaired of the shower, but the drill brush and elbow grease prevailed!!❤💪🏼❤ This was a really nice apartment! Wow what a well appointed apartment. A far cry from the awful slum type apartments you've been cleaning of late. I was shocked with how modern and uptodate the bathroom and kitchen fittings were. Then I read it was Wall Street lol. Good job Barbie tho in all honesty if the owner could afford to live on Wall St they could afford to pay a pro cleaner to do it for them. Totally agree, this is an apartment in a Luxury building, the rent is easily 5k plus a month, tenant can or should afford to get a once a week house cleaner

@@DanHalper Unless she lives in Southbridge towers which would be amazingly wonderful for her, that area is pretty expensive. It’s just sad all around and yea I shouldn’t probably assumed her rent.. mental illness has no income cap, can happen to anybody.

Hello Barbie. What a wonderful transformation of what is a well designed apartment built with quality materials and fittings and fixtures. A nice change from the old and decrepit apartments you’ve shown us recently, the ones with totally clogged drains from the sinks and bathtubs.
Something I’ve noticed is how much difference a good caulking job makes in bathrooms. I’m not suggesting that you should remove all caulking and redo it! You do enough already. But for those owners and renters who actually give a care, redoing the caulking will make a huge difference in water not being absorbed by drywall and plaster and look a thousand times better, if done properly.

I have a suggestion for the girl who lives here and anyone else struggling with depression. There is some very helpful information on the channel "Dr Eric Berg DC." If you put the channel name in the search box on TH-cam and also add "depression" it will bring up several videos relating to depression and some things you can do for some relief from it. I think it's certainly worth a try😊Hope this helps even a little. Also, thanks Barbie for all you do❤
I love cleaning, it helps me to switch off when I have to much going on in my life.
I used to do cleaning as a job, some people don’t realise just how hard it can be, especially if you do what I call as a deep clean. From ceiling (ie cobwebs) to floor. And at the end of a hard days graft the end results are satisfying for both you and the people you have helped.
I really enjoy watching your videos you are a perfectionist, and that makes for wonderful results.
I hope the person that you did this clean for sort help with coping with their depression, as often if they don’t the habits return and all that hard work has to be done again…
