For all them minors who blame her for HER obssession:
    1. Entertainment industry invests heavily on how to gather more and more audience. So they always find ways so that people can obssess behind them and they get more audience and hence more money. Same is the case for bts.
    2. People tend to follow influencers, and when these guys already know that they are influencers, their negativity can influence people negatively.

As an army, i totally agree with it and appreciate it. You shouldn't be obsessed with anything whether is kpop, western or eastern singers, celebrities, influencer anyone. Alhumdulillah I'm not obsessed with them. Your first priority is always should be islam, second yourself and then other. Accept yourself the way you are. And if you are feeling you are getting obsessed with something stop doing that and take a break. Society will never let you live in any condition. In kpop too, the company forces the idols to diet, to have surgeries, and people so judge them too and body shame them for being skinny. So, moral of the story is never get obsessed with something, love yourself and don't care about the society. Only care about Allah and yourself. Allah ko razi karo aur apna apko.

In my opinion these things are totally in your hand wheather you want to be perfect or like them. I have been following BTS since 3 yrs and I can clearly say that I never felt complexity because their lyrics are so inspiring and I felt that I don't need any change. I was also very into them at first but with time I realized my mistake and started to watch them in limit and focused on studies and moreover BTS themselves teach us to love ourselves and also tell us to be confident. To conclusion I would say that it is on you wheather you want to be obsessive toxic fan or just a fan who stans them and appreciates their efforts because they have very melancholy back stories and whatever they are made perfect is due their companies that do this for attraction. These idols are only dolls for them yet hybe(BTS COMPANY) consider them as humans and maybe cuz of their popularity but still bts is living a good life far better than other kpop idols who may attempt suicides for not being upto being marked.

My story is very similar to Nimra's When I was teenager around 16 17 year old I also used to hate myself I used to hate the way I looked, I remember i woke up every morning looked in the mirror and always criticized my body.... I also tried many ways to lose weight including intense exercise and very unhealthy and restricted diet. But I wasn't getting any positive results so I started overeating just to cope with my sadness... At that time I didn't realize where I was going, what was happening to me I had no idea but over the time I developed eating disorder and many health problems. No one noticed my condition same here I'm very good at hiding myself so I hide everything from everyone no body knew what I was going through.... Eventually I reached my breaking point I had enough of my self and I went to the state of depression I was still doing same diet and exercises but I wasn't expecting any results in short I was just torturing myself.
The only difference is that BTS helped me get out of this situation they really helped me to love myself and accept myself . After meeting BTS for the first time in my entire life I started loving myself for real. I stopped hating myself for being fat or For not having that ideal looking body.
Their lyrics really inspired me to start all over again and just be myself and love myself the way I am . I acknowledge the fact that everything have positive and negative effect. Even though BTS helped me to get out of the worst phase of myself BTS also had some negative effect on my life as well. And that was manly because of the obsession and addictiveness but with time I realize that this obsession is not good for me so I controlled myself.
Today I'm still BTS ARMY but I'm not obsessed with BTS anymore. And I'm happier than ever 💜

I want to stay respectful and say this. I, myself am an army, but the thing is i have set my boundaries. believe me, i've seen overly obsessed young 5-6 graders obsessing over them and calling bangtan boys as their husbands which is so so so wrong! being a fan is one thing, being addictive and toxic to them is another. what i want to conclude is, not every army [ i am not saying all ] is obsessive like this. also, i want to add one more thing. my father says, a thing becomes bad or good by the way we use it. for example, we can cut an apple with a knife, or cut our own throat. the choice is ours. the point is, BTS is not the problem here, it's us and our mindest.

Well i'am actually happy that you found your right path.
I know obsessing over something us not good and when your obssesion is something related to K pop. I'am an Amry and I stan other groups too. Every song have its own side negative/positive. I know that stanning them is not good thing and when you're obsessed with them.
    I'am not being rude but,
I'am stanning them for too long and I want to say that they really changed my life. I don't like to say that they're my obssesion but they made me fell like a confident person. I'am not obsessed over them but I got inspiration from them. They made me realized that you have to be yourself and chase what you want to do in your life. And ofcourse no one thought bad about their future.
About blaming them you can't blame a band for it. About your grades so I think they have a song about this to tell you not to be obsessed with them.
"I'am here to save you, i'am here to ruin you" They have this line in that song which is telling us to stop being to so obsessed with them. The main fault is you chose them over your Islam or body. They have their negative and positive side too.
You can't blame a person beacuse they had change many lives into good.
But i'am happy about you being in Islam more.

And that problem is created by my own family! 8 months ago I was so done! Then I came towards BTS accidentally! i saw their run episodes! All those things gave me a next level relief! Started liking them!! I knew their struggles, their hard work! And that gave me motivation, yes I can do it! I can face my problem, and I can overcome it! I'm 27 now! Yes I listen some of their songs, but I'm more obsessed with their run episodes and daily basis activities! But I also become more religious, Now I don't skip my prayers! I feel myself more motivated and even I can present my things in a more better way! Teenagers do have hormonal issues! Puberty hits everybody differently! As our dear Kim Namjoon speaks! Speak yourself, love yourself! And I do same thing, I love myself, I love my religion more! I develop positive connection with Allah and my society! You can't blame singers or any other artist! yess we love BTS and it isn't their fault, they made songs and speeches telling us to love ourselves but if nimra said it like this and she took the negative stuff it ain't our fault, not just BTS or kpop even if u watch a yt video you'd want to get stuff and face and body like the channel owner, same is the case with BTS u dont take positive stuff and get negative, BTS did nothing wrong to NIMRA they love army alottttt and try their hardest to make them love themselves

I'm a fan, and I think everyone has there own limits and extents to where they can like or dislike something. Ofcourse it's just weird for me to listen to someone say they wanted to become like them and blaming them when they don't even know that this person in the world exists some. another thing I want to say is that...before bts I didn't know what self love was. And after learning about it, it made me think more deeply into it. And as a Muslim I figured out that it's Allah who has made it and by loving ourselves, we praise Allah. By being confident about ourselves, we thank Allah and develop love for him bcuz He is the Creator. It's unimaginable to think that they made you feel insecure about yourself when they were the ones teaching the lesson of self love. It's just not understandable to me at all. Doing all this to yourself. Itna bhi Kiya obsess hona like...srsly. I have nothing against her but blaming the fandom or the artist or whatsoever is not the right thing here. You did it to yourself, you thought of yourself this way. But Allah ka shukar hai k ab you don't feel the same. And I totally respect that you didn't like stanning them and all and now are out of it. Good for you.

First of all, being obsessed with ANYTHING is extremely toxic. I’m a kpop fan as well and I’ve been in BTS fandom for more than 5 years. There was a phase when I was obsessed too but not to the extent of compromising my religion for it. As Muslims, Islam should be above everything for us.
I still stan them but I know and still follow my boundaries.
Also, I need to clear something up. Sana mentioned that BTS promotes homosexuality etc. THEY DON’T. I’m not in denial or anything but fyi Korean culture is extremely conservative when it comes to such things, so please do some good research before assuming such things. People believe they support homosexuality because most of the fandom consists of western fans who project their ideals onto kpop and everyone knows how romanticised homosexuality is in western cultures.
P.S: I TOTALLY AGREE that kpop fandoms are very toxic and so are any other fandoms (Hollywood).

The fact is that we should know where we are wrong and where we're right. Accept our mistakes rather than blaming others. Your life is effected because you compare yourself with them. I know lot of people are obsessed with BTS but how could you blame them for your addiction. Like if a person uses drugs and say this is all because of them it's not true it's you who made yourself addicted. Self control is the thing you should know... Blaming others over your mistakes can't take you anywhere. I'm not talking about Bts but in reality most of people do same thing. We should start improvement with ourselves.

I am army myself and I was really anticipating this podcast. First of all more power to Nimra such a strong girl jese apney apko usney depression say nikala and took it upon herself to fix her life it was truly inspirational to listen to it aur bht khushi hui that now she is doing good. Dua hay agey bhi ese rhey and 2nd it is true it's not just the fault of the fans companies artists ko ese present krti hein k log obsessed hojatey hein it is important k insan apni ankhein khuli rkhey aur dekhey k ghalat kya hay aur sahi kya. The way the artist is presented with an image and their perfect body it really affects you a lot and unfortunately mostly teenage fans are hit the hardest cuz they have vulnerable minds that easily get influenced. As Nimra and Sana both said you may like something but it is important k aap obsessed na hojao aur apney apko define hi us cheez say krney lag jao. There came a phase in my life too not too long ago where I found myself straying away from my own faith lekin Alhamdulillah Allah ne esi dost di hay she guided me to the right path now I am also trying to repair myself back and make efforts to understand my own religion more and I believe this podcast was yet another step for it. Thank you Sana and Nimra and especially Sana for always standing by what's right. The way you were encouraging Nimra and told her you were proud of her truly heartwarming to see. Bht achi podcast thi and I hope k fans galiya dene say zyada ghaur kr k batein suney aur sochein un par. Have a blessed day and lots of duas for both Sana and Nimra.

She is so strong to be able to talk about this and go this through this all by herself, i hope she finds comfort, know that Allah is your comfort, and do talk and you can ask for help, its okay to ask for help, it doesnt determine how strong you are even if someone tells you , you are not strong for asking help, but it doesnt define how strong you are, if you are going through any hardship, you already are strong, or if you doesnt find a psychologist or therapist that is not helping you, you can find places online where you can find help♥️ lets all try to understand each other, listen to eachother and most importantly be kind to eachother♥️♥️

I'M SO PROUD OR HER THAT SHE FOUND HERSELF AGAIN but here's a few things
Everyone take things differently and obviously she took it negatively as she said herself
And I'm not pointing her or promoting kpop here
I'm just gonna talk bout BTS not other kpop bands
It's not like they didn't do anything wrong in their life but what makes them superior of all is that they accept what they did although they never supported or promoted anything wrong I'm not sure about (pride) thing but how much I searched I didn't find anything related to that and the picture sana used it an edited picture of course she didn't know bout it no hate for her at all but they have a history that they were reason millions of people came back from their suicidal face and I'm one of them I'm not going against of her again obviously I can feel the pain what she felt and it's terrible but specially taking BTS name just for it I don't think so its justified people are gonna hate me maybe but I Heard ever kpop Alot of groups but didn't find someone like them honestly not only me I thought my mom will hate things like this cause I'm from religious family but they supported me by watching them cause THEY HAVE SEEN THEM (BTS) FIGHTING FOR OUR ASIAN RIGHTS IN WHITE HOUSE ABOUT HATE AND THINGS FOR ASIANS AND THEIR SPEECH OF UNICEF! they are the good ones and when billions of people say how they positively effect their lives so there's no lie but still not gonna justify your case with it but all I'm saying it blame kpop for it not one band
If you see theirs history the are the ones who's on their biggest but the act same the way the act on theirs first concert when the asked people on streets for free to just come to see them performing and there was only few people the were poor they started from bottom and remains on bottom not like other band who started with the stable nice company they started with hybe company which was too small thay barely get proper foods and specially when they get a chance to debut solo or with group they all choose group we all know everyone wants to be getting popular by there own self but they didn't do it cause they were so humble and loved eachother that they can't leave eachother back
All I know is they were started with pretty small company on the other hand there were too high companies with their bands ready but today BTS are the most amazing group and where are the rest of high class bands/groups left
All I know is Allah have reasons
When my mom got to know bout all of these the only thing she said was
ALLAH AESE HI KISI KO IT ITNI IZZAT NHI DETA KCH NA KCH DEKH KR HI DETA HAI and that thing is real
Please try to understand my point I'm not here to defend or accuse anyone
    Thankyou!

ok so nimra's is 100% right at her place, I'm sure 70% armies will relate to her, but when I first came into kpop, I was like okk they are good looking, and entertaining, but then after when I started watching them nonstop, it became harder to leave this fandom, anyways I was too obsessed but when time passes I adjusted myself and now I'm a army I do stalk them, listen their songs sometimes,, I will advice every army that, please don't get too obsessed with them, you should follow them stalk them, listen them, no problems, but don't create a hard situation for yourself, it's alright let's accept reality, Korea is not based on kdrama, Korea is not same as it is shown in kdramas, so obviously we should be a just fan, don't expect yourself to be (bts's wife, or gf, or anything personal,) they have their life choices they can do whatever they want, and maybe you will be broken after watching them in future with someone else, so please accept reality and move on💜

Loving something beyond limit/obsession is always dangerous and cause depression..
+ DON'T EVER TRY TO BE LIKE SOMEONE ELSE,PLEASE Y'ALL,BE YOURSELF AND LOVE THE WAY YOU ARE..YOU ARE PERFECT...(I'm talking about physical appearance eg.fat, skinny, dark, white etc),yes we should change but for our better and for people around us,not by force of the society or obsession of some celebrity..no one is perfect except ALLAH.

My situation is the opposite of this. There was a time when I used to hate BTS. But one day accidentally I started to watch them, their songs, edits, etc. I didn't even realize when I like them so obsessively. Started watching BTS to get rid of the stressful environment in my house. My parents put me in severe depression until they didn't even let me study. So to get rid of it, if I see them, I feel happy for a while.😞
