when im using mask the one color disappearing what can i do ?
While masking the Top/Front object will be visible & the other one will get disappear. which color you want to mask, so you should keep it front.

Prototype how to use the home screen, how does the app work? How to bring the app home screen....????😥
Actually for prototyping you need all screens to navigate to a specific section or screen. Home Screen is main screen & from here the full app navigate through different screens. I hope my answer help you.
