The reason why she cooks everything from scratch is because she has eczema and it's a really bad skin reaction that can be caused by certain foods not cause but triggered and sometimes you don't always know what they put in the food and she knows exactly what's going in the food and even though she wants from scratch is ridiculous. It's gesture keeping herself safe and she doesn't want to risk it because her kids might have it and she doesn't know so she doesn't want to risk it

The problem is that she pretends to be a trad wife while she's actually a working woman, a content creator who cooks and makes a lot of money.
