Tip, apply the self tan with a kabuki or foundation brush on your hands and feet! Just a a little amount directly on the brush, the application will be easier and flawless. I’m preparing my skin this week for my first application of the season, spring is barely here in Montreal 😊

I tried the Tan Luxe self-tanning drops and they are absoultely great 🤤 a few drops in my regular after-shower lotion does wonders and takes a minimum amount of time and effort

Norvell makes absolutely fantastic self tanners with everything from a golden-brownish tan to a violet hue, In traditional tan cream to mousse to face mist. And they make an incredible body butter for daily moisturizing that smells amazing. They’re all clean ingredients derived from beet sugar and I use them in my Spa as I am an esthetician in the US. Hope thar elps!
For those in the UK (not sure if you can get in other countries) would recommend utan x jamie genevieve cbd tanning water. This one is for face but absolutely amazing. No skin prep needed just spray and go.

Agreed, loving tan is superior. Doesn't stink after applying, easy to apply and fades wonderfully.
I do one pump of body lotion, two pumps of mousse on mit. Seems to go on smoother and you hydrate at same time.

Thanks for all this info. I have never self tanned before but I have used tanning bed, sunshine, laid up on black shingle roof as a Teenager....couldn't find any tanning lotion so used veggie oil. 2nd degree burns...never use this...never ever!!! But I think I might start self tanning...seems like the safest way to get color in 50 year old skin.

I use the tan luxe facial drops and boy,, you can overdo it 😅😅 but I learnt how to use it and it gives a beautiful colour for me and I am a winter type of person with fair skin and dark eyes and hair. I add 3 small drops to my facial cream, mix them up and apply on my skin. It takes a couple of hours to develop it and I use it twice a week,maybe once.
I JUST got the St. Tropez Ultimate Glow Kit collab with Ashley Graham as newbie in tanning today. Glad to hear some tips and tricks from you! Looking forward to some sun in the Netherlands =)
I recently bought Loving Tan and I look forward to trying it. Last summer I tried Isle of Paradise self tanning drops and like it, but it wasn't quite dark enough for me. Still, very easy to use. After having three children, I was left with a few veins on the back of my legs that I don't like. A quick "need a tan now" that I use for my legs is the Sally Hansen Airbrush legs. I spray a little on my leg or my hand, and I rub it in very well. It looks great and lasts. I hope this helps someone!

I've never self tanned because it's always seemed like such a hassle, my old friend would complain about patchy areas all the time and staining clothes and sheets etc. but now I'm starting to see signs of aging I'm so worried about putting my face in the sun I might have to try that Eco Sonya face tan water!

I need to try Tan Luxe and By Terry tea to tan. I'm using Saint Tropez but the smell is too strong for me so I'm glad you mentioned the smell of each of the described products so that I know the scent before buying :)
I just ordered the lotion and I'm a bloodhound when it comes to scents. I'm also very sensitive because I get migraines all the time. I'll try to remember to let u know how it is when I get it. 💛

Hi Andreea, I’d like to ask about the product that you use to get rid of the fake tan. Beacuse for me, a scrub isn’t enough. Espeacially on my ankles and neck. Do you use a mat to scrub off the dead skin and pigment or what do you use? Thx, love grom Hungary
Great suggestion. I think Great video as usual. I have only started using self tanners recently. I used the Dove gradual tan. I think it’s ok though nice for something more discreet. In addition I am using the Isle of Paradise water muse. It smells nice. But I am not sure if it is the best. But again not much experience in that department.

Hi Andreea, over lockdown I have really got into self tanning. I first used st tropez 20 years ago but it wasn't right for me.
I discovered Amanda Harrington London last May and I have been hooked ever since! I use AHL Natural Rose and means I don't have to put on foundation just concealer around my eyes, mascara, blush and lipstick (yes 💄 even with face covering, it's my thing) x
What about Vita Liberata? You mentioned it so many times last year saying that you love it. I am surprised you didn't mention it at all.

You should try B.Tan - I want the darkest tan possible, that product is changing the game, really! Doesn’t have a smell and color is beautiful natural a bit of olive tan :)

I went and bought the tan lux face and body drops after seeing another of your videos. What great products and so easy to use! I also purchased their tanning water, it gives a really beautiful even glow, you should try it!! I'm finding it hard to match a foundation to these tanning products. I feel the store assistants give me colours too pale and my body is brown and my face is too light 😭 do you have any tips?

How about tanning pills. I started taking vitavea. It takes a long time, like a few weeks, but it's good for your health, no staining, no application problems.

what is the problem with untanned skin actually? Why anyone need selftan when you wear clothes from head to toes?

Hi Andrea, speaking about tanning...do you have a video about SPFs? or any recommendation for very pale skin ? I do cycle long hours to work and do get burn very quickly in the summer, but so far everything I've tried has been too greasy. I know you mentioned in the past(propably on instagram) something that is also great as a base under make-up, but can't remember or find it on your channel.

I always have a huge problem with self tan. I was doing it the way you recommended it in an older video (steps like shaving, exfoliating the skin, showering, creaming dry areas like elbows etc.). Everything looks flawless when doing it the 1st time. Then.. my legs.. after 7-10 days I want to refresh it: Applying the self tan again on my legs with a glove, you can see my pores (from shaving) and strokes along the leg 🥺 What is wrong and why this happens? Do I need to do a peeling after 7-10 days before applying new self tan?
