Most of the time, I was instantly killed by the third rogue on building 1 or one of the goons spawning out of nowhere. I raided by night, but one guy did all the job for me on my way to the water treatment plant. It was very suspicious because he used a very loud weapon and he mag dumped every living thing within the plant very quickly. Thanks anyway for the guide !
I get why they put claymores up in the mountains, but man that bums me out. I LOVED to sit up there and fuck with player scavs, it was so much fun. And sure, nail the Rogues as well for exp but half the time I wouldn't even loot the Rogues. I'd just lay in wait for the p scavs.
i dont know if this is cause im in offline mode trying this out but the second rogue always moves off the post when killing the first one, wraps all the way around water treatment and kills me from the back
The tower rogue does move once you kill sandbags. He sits in 3 spots around the tower entry but is usually on the left side of the inner concrete wall. Easy lean peaks around the front of the metal cover at the entry and you’ll get him

I even went into offline mode just to practice where they are and no matter what I tried I would either get wrecked by a rogue on the roofs or get into a fight with them free roaming and then a goon would just pop up out of nowhere and shred me. I found a cheapo way to get experience though. For some reason Tarkov kept upping my xp after each practice raid and it would apply to my PMC. I'm still not sure if it's a bug or what but I gained 2 levels after like 40 practice raids. I still have yet to kill all the goons but this tutorial helped immensly knowing where they are and how to get angles on them. You earned a sub today and I rarely give those out
unfortunately, going into 13.9, some changes have occurred. After running a solo run I counted 13 total enemy rogues. there are now ground forces that roam, so if you take out the gunners, that's cool and all, but you'll want to run a budget MP9 and head into one of the buildings (maybe building 3) to draw the laser-beaming roaming forces in close for CQC kills. Best thing to do for the roamers is to get proxy-spotted, run inside quickly to Building 3 and use one of the office rooms to camp. Aim-punch each one that comes on the balcony, but be ready- once one sees you, all camp rogues converge on your location. Go for headtaps, don't get caught without a magazine in the gun, if all goes to hell, switch out your sniper rifle and aim-punch the rogues. I'm still searching for a way to ez dispatch the roaming forces.
That's the key lately. Still same routing path for top building rogues etc. More roaming forces around for sure, but building 3 trick works a treat. Lets see if you can do in next wipe though, that'll be interesting

At around 1:18 you say the Rogue can move to a few certain spots that you will show us, but you never did. Three lighthouse runs in a row, the Rogue has moved off the gun and when I run the exact same line you do to push up, he instantly kills me before I can get anywhere close.
3 spots he can be: Inside wall left side (grey main wall) Second tower (adjacent to his main spot) Left side of his tower crates (green - closest to road)
The gunner on the third building won't react to you moving up on the metal stairs if he's on the gun, of course, if you don't one shot him, he'll turn around and bust you. This is for whoever doesn't want to do anything fancy for him if you're doing a third building route.
settings are same as in game raid. still works the same, played lighthouse my second day of raiding. Pathing is still the same for BEARS. That window gunner will always shoot. Just have to get to him quicker than he gets you
is ps and bp not strong enough to pierce through that metal barricade for the gunner on building number 3? cause I shot like 2 full mags into that thing everywhere and he didnt move off the gunner

ive done this as a scav run, i dont remember if they shoot you or not on a scav but i got maybe like 5 unlooted rogues i think players just kill the rogues to get across the map, also i tank to like 70 fps on this map i dont really enjoy anything but going across the bridge :D
First of all, great video. Do you feel like this system is ridiculous? Last wipe I farmed Rouges from up in the rocks where there is a small tree in between a gap in the rocks you used to be able to right lean peak and kill 5 or 6 rouges from one spot. Now that spot is covered in claymores so you can’t do it anymore. I just think BSG is making it ridiculous to play this map and it used to be my favorite map but now it’s miserable. Rouge AI is miserable and instead of fixing the AI they added claymores lol. Idk. Just wanted to see how you feel about it. In my opinion it is not good game design that we as players have to all take this same route to farm the rouges or else you will just die. Feels boring because you have to take the same path and peak the same angles every time. It feels STUPID that the rouges will shoot you with perfect accuracy from 500m away.
Thanks for watching! I think the range change is pretty over tuned, cause even the roaming pack on the ground can laser you on rocks too. I thought I died to the Goons because of how bad the laser was but it was just a normal scav… pathing wise they added the claymores just to stop rock farming. It was too easy and it was my main method for farming XP when it initially released. I have an old rogue farming video that showed how OP the normal spots where. 16 rogues under 2 min of shooting then dipping by northern exit
@@cherotv Yeah, I mean I understand why they put claymores all up on the rock spots because it was super easy to farm rouges from that spot but I just feel like they are ignoring the big problem which is the Rouge AI is broken. They either are God or they bug out and just stand there and let you kill them. In my opinion BSG is ignoring the real problem and is doing unnecessary things instead of solving the root of the problem. The rouges just do not feel good in the game because you either cheese them by using the same angles every raid or they cheese you by head eyes, 500m away. This is just my opinion though. I have died to the rouges many times and killed them many times and it never felt like a gunfight but just who can cheese who first.
Dependant on spawn bro. Out of 6 raids I did on stream only ran into one other party who was clearing it, and it’s only cause I got the further back spawn

Just practice a lot and you'll get the swing of Tarkov. I've played for 2 years now, at the start I wasn't so great XD. Looting is always good, I just don't like it cause I always die when looting lol

The pattern is pretty fixed of their rotations but their spawns aint. Sometimes they spawn up everywhere, sometimes buildings only have one (B1), two on B2, or none on B3. Sandbags and tower are always gauranteed spawn. Ground floor 50/50
Tricky spot that one. Sometimes your clean to kill building 2 if your quick enough. If you get shot at by him, you have to reposition, otherwise even behind the rock, they will find some way to ricochet you XDD
@@cherotv Yeah true that. I've done 10 runs so far using these spots, always get 1 rogue who's sitting in one of the turrets but all of the others roam and switch positions constantly. No luck getting them sit patiently so far. Game is hard :D
For the sake of the vid I didn’t but I would usually loot front tower, ground floor rogues and loose loot. I personally don’t like touching the top buildings because people just camp stairs and you die easily
Is this just for xp farming. Seems like it would be difficult to loot them after how long it takes to full clear with other PMCs and all the player scavs. Obviously doable just seems a little rough to loot them.
You can definitely loot them. I usually kill front 2 at entry + building 1 turret. Loot tower and sandbag (risky sandbag because of building 2 turrets). Kill ground rogues and the rest of the towers as normal. I don’t usually hit the roofs because that’s how I die. Some rat camping the metal stairs every time I come down.
I never managed to utilize those guides. Those rogues on ground always fuck me up or shit takes too long and im flooded by player scavs. My success rate on lighthouse is nearing 0 I guess im not built for this cheesing shit
8:52 is a very tricky shot at night somehow, you can sometimes see the glasses of that rogue even. or mb m80 lose too much from 400m, i dunno. many times he's not dying and it seems like hitting a headshot. great guide btw, there's couple of better positions than i used to use for this.

I couldn’t imagine trying to learnt all this info well enough to ever pull it off online with players also trying to counter . I’m guessing you have to run many and many and many offline runs until you have this path locked in
I first learnt rogue pathing two wipes ago when Lighthouse was first released. It was my main map. A lot easier back then. I'm utilising the same pathing that has always been done, however, just with a different starting point. The rocks however, I had to completely find out new spots from scratch again!
somehow building 2 right turret guy aggros me way faster when i can peak him...or sometimes he is in the middle of the roof and prefires me as soon as i peak from rocks

Only shit thing is that every player and player scav rushes this area. Even if you get the rogues, you won’t get to loot them.
I usually use rogues for XP, otherwise just loot ground and forget about the roof ones

They still shoot all on sight, even as scav etc
How do you sight distances ? is it the notches on the scope? I always struggle to hit targets +150m
Page up and page down on keyboard will change sighting distance by 50m. Use a range finder to find the exact distance
What if the 2nd guy on the tower runs down? You say in the video you will show the angles later but you didn't.
He sits left of inner wall, left of shipping container (of his tower), or he moves to the second tower next to his and goes all the way up.

You can peek him from any sight line at the front fence. I prefer this spot. You can do left or right peek

Building 3 has a roaming back on ground and one turret on top. Helicopter pack got removed last wipe

Cheers, yeah m80+ drops a lot! see it with M82 a lot. Sometimes they tank and just sit there, quite odd

Cheers C, hahaha yeah they use to just hit you hard but then the Lighthouse bridge got updated to Insta kill and these ones came with it
does it work for bears too ? cuz I got blasted when going for informant's briefcase and since then I think rogues are just busted

I couldn’t imagine trying to learnt all this info well enough to ever pull it off online with players also trying to counter . I’m guessing you have to run many and many and many offline runs until you have this path locked in
I first learnt rogue pathing two wipes ago when Lighthouse was first released. It was my main map. A lot easier back then. I'm utilising the same pathing that has always been done, however, just with a different starting point. The rocks however, I had to completely find out new spots from scratch again!

somehow building 2 right turret guy aggros me way faster when i can peak him...or sometimes he is in the middle of the roof and prefires me as soon as i peak from rocks
The trick is to always hide the Thorax as much as you can. They usually lock that and track
