Finally set up my PRO. This rig is amazing! Solid, Stable, and Quality through and through. The Fit and Finish are excellent. It's just as nice as pictured in all the videos shown. The guys at RCP were very helpful during and after the order process. I am totally satisfied with this rig. Holds my Fanatec wheel and pedals as well as my Real Car seat perfectly. Just received mine a couple days ago. This company is amazing. Eric helped me through every step of the process with any questions I had, and their products are 100% as advertised. Pretty sure if my house got bombed the only thing left standing would be my Cockpit Pro. This thing is solid as a rock. And the DD1 side mount is top notch too. Great products and great customer service all the way around. Instructions were easy to follow too which was a definite plus. If you're on the fence, just buy it. You definitely won't regret it.

Hey I ordered mine today. I was wondering is it possible to mount a shifter and a handbrake together on the sport cockpit? I see this is possible to mount with a fanatic shifter but I was wondering if it was possible in any way with a Thrustmaster TH8A shifter
Unfortunately, it looks like the best option for the Thrustmaster shifters and handbrakes is going with a third-party mounting plate. Definitely something we will look into more!
Just finished setting mine up! Love it, just struggling with monitors. Have it adjusted as far as i can get it yet middle monitor is angled up slightly and also wont go back dar enough or low enough to get behind wheel. Im using 3 LG 32GP850-b's and a Fanatec DD Pro Premium bundle. Badass rig just hoping i can figure something out here lol

What about when we have a buttkicker/bass shaker going on? 2. How can we get the dimensions of both models (Sport and Pro)? 3. Can we see a video of you using the cockpits to notice how zero flex it is, even with 32 triples mounted to the cockpit? Thank you!
1. Some of the vibrations / movements do transfer but that's a *good* thing as it's more immersive to have the whole thing shake and move together as one (like it would in a real car). That's why we designed our mounts as integrated instead of standalone. 2. The footprint of each is one the product page. PRO is larger and more rigid in pretty much every way. 3. For sure! I'll add this to my video list. Many more video coming soon :)
Would there be any issue attaching caster wheels into where the sim risers/vibration plates are? If so, do you have the metric measurements for it? Also what brand/model is the Black Fabric Adjustable Back Comfort Seat? Wondering if I should buy a different fabric based seat over the "generic" one I don't know about. @@russellpresley4438 Do you have another wheel base you'll be upgrading from? If so, you could drive that until your DD arrives. Many customers do this since it's so delayed to get wheel bases right now. Prices on our site are subject to change but these prices should be good till end of January.

Will the side mounts work with the new CSL DD wheel base? I believe it's a bit slimmer than the DD1 or DD2. If unsure does choosing the side mount option on the site mean it only comes with side mounting or will the default wheel deck be included?
Hey Ryan, I’ve got good news for you: yes the side mounts work perfectly with the CSL DD. The choice is for side mounts OR universal wheel deck. You can always add on an extra universal wheel deck later if needed.

Here you go: Monitors maxed out at 65° on RCP PRO Triple Monitor Mount Assetto Corsa Settings: Rotation: 55 Distance: 635 (make sure this is actually the distance to your eyes) Screen width: 700 (for 32" G5) Margin: 20 Give those a try! It's not perfect since sims don't yet render for curved but it feels great to me when driving.
Hey Jared, it depends on the angle and size of monitors, it could be anywhere between 55" - 70". This setup is on the narrower side of that range due to the curved monitors.
P1X is a great product. Quality and rigidity is comparable to ours. However, we use a heavier weight extrusion and also steel instead of aluminum connecting parts for extra rigidity.

We haven't had any issues with our integrated mounts moving while racing. Freestanding mounts can give a little more adjustability as well as being able to hold larger monitors. For instance, if you have a Sport Series cockpit put need a Pro Series Freestanding Mount. We also recommend a freestanding mount if you're using a motion system as an integrated mount may damage the monitors. We have freestanding mounts available for both our Sport and Pro Series mounts in both single and triple configurations. They're not currently on the website, but if you send us a text, e-mail or message we can create the order for it!
Can you lower the height of the wheel to get a more F1/modern GT style seating position and still get the monitors close behind the wheel? I ordered mine about 9 days ago. Guess I need to wait the full 15 days they warn about on their website before I pester them. I'm so excited lol.

No weight limit. They are insanely strong, can hold over 1000 lbs. 15 Imperial / 40 Metric series heavy duty profiles (base in this video is 1.5" x 4.5" profiles)
Most accessories yes, but it all depends on which accessories. However, we also have almost anything you can imagine... 4th monitor mount, inverted pedal kits, PC shelf etc etc. So please reach out to us first and we can get you this items that are not currently listed on our website.
Lots of options for handbrake! Plenty of room on the shifter rail, or for Fanatec most people mount it directly to the shifter. You can see an example of this in our monitor mount video.
We would love to improve. Can you please share what don't you like about it? It's thicker than all competitors including Sim Lab and TrakRacer. Never had a single complaint about it from our customers.
@@RacingCockpits I'm in the market to upgrade from my F-GT and the pedal plate is what's got me not sure also. Take a look at the Advanced Sim Racing pedal mounts with separate heel plate that is height adjustable. The flat plate is fine for 1 piece mounted pedals like the Fanatec but I am using VRS DFP pedals that mount all 3 separate and are quite tall. I 3d printed my own foot rest for my F-GT to raise my feed up a bit. Maybe if you made a video of the brakes being mashed with some really stiff pedals, it would remove some of the flex concerns. Or you could send a rig to Barry at the Sim Racing Garage for a review. He does great stress test and reviews.

You can mount it either to the side shifter rail or the shifter itself.

No, I was able to mount my Fanatec SQ Shifter with what came in with the cockpit.
