Cerberus reaction videos like that are boring + I want to avoid copyright issues. Playing music for more than 20 seconds at a time gets you insta-blocked, which is what happened to my j Cole video that TH-cam deleted. I know what I'm doing if you're not into my format and prefer watching someone sitting there in silence for the entirety of the song then check them out! 😄
I personally watch your videos because of the analysis and genuine reactions, I think they're cool and funny. As with anything, some people will enjoy it some won't... keep doing your thing though!
@L1L SN3AKY L0CS:. He is metal, before suicideboys and his solo rap projects he was in a punk band and did some prettt heavy projects that bordered metal. He is metal he screams in a lot of his current music because hes true to his roots
for a metalhead, i feel 2nd hand was the wrong song for you to listen to. i like what you're saying though, i feel you should do suicideboys again, but instead try either: i want to believe, exodus, ultimate suicide, t.r.u... or maybe even something like 'fuckthepopulation' or 'for the last time' 2nd hand is quite a chill song from them, love the video tho
At the part that says "1 color, 2 numbers, 3 fingers to the sky amongst the thunder" Has a meaning: *1 Color* means the Grey *2 Numbers* means the 59 (it forms G59*, their main influence) *3 Fingers* when they raise them like that, it forms the 666 (each finger is a 6 on top of each other) Hope it helps if you didn't know
I took the three fingers to the sky as a hunger games tribute saying they're killing the game "3 fingers to the sky and the sky must've thundered" referencing when someone dies and the cannons left a thunderous sound in the sky
my only problem with this guy is he pauses the video like EVERY few seconds. When you do that, you mess up the flow to the song and you're not actually grasping the whole thing together. Let the song play out man, make mental notes and come back to parts you didn't understand. You should honestly only pause the song TWICE at most throughout the video. And when you do pause a song, rewind it back a little bit. That's what other reactors do and it's perfect. There's also other ways to get around the copyright
The 主 Divine Idk what they're doing but I did exactly what you are saying for my j Cole video. Watch it and let me know if that's more of what you're talking about.
I've never met or witnessed a "metalhead" more socially awkward and/or blissfully unaware of trends/themes in other music genres. That's okay, though - it's kind of entertaining in its own way. I'm a bit shocked that you didn't know what a simple distortion/rewind effect was towards the end, or that a "Xan" was a Xanax. I'd be curious to know what metal groups you are interested in.
At first it was frustrating seeing you pause a song that I love so many times. But I appreciate you listening to something you're not used to and breaking it down and analyzing it. So many other reaction channels just pretend to love every song they check out, but I like how you stay genuine.
Give them a chance dude. I'm a straight up metal head but I literally bang this shit every day. Ruby is definitely a metal head. Listen to nightmare choir. He gets real growly with it. Very metal. Not rap metal, metal rap yo.
ruby (long hair) was actually part of a metal group called vapo-rats or something before he got into rapping, so he is a metalhead at heart, he also does a fair lot of screaming/yelling vocals which are phenomenal
Soo I'ma be that one person who tells you the backstory because it's 3AM and I'm bored. Soo $crim ( The guy in the dreads ) and Ruby da Cherry ( The guy who "looks like a 90's dad ) are both cousins from New Orleans. $crim was a Furniture salesman who was depressed and bored of life soo he got into drugs such as Xanax, Lean, Marijuana and pretty much anything else too give him a high. $crim also had a talent for being a DJ. Friends and family would pay him to DJ at partys and stuff but he never put the talent to use. Ruby or "Ruby da Cherry" was a member of a band ( Scremo/Heavy Metal ) but he later quit the band and pursued his own music career. Ruby was always intrigued by Rap soo he pursued that genre for a while and became pretty successful as but he didn't want to do it alone and he had seen his little cousin suffering soo he offered $crim to be apart of his music career and put $crims talents to use. Both Ruby and $crim suffered from depression and they hadn't seen life going well for each other soo before continuing they both promised as Ruby once said in a podcast "We made a kind of blood oath."- Ruby. " We agreed if this Rap shit didn't work out. We were gonna fucking kill ourselfs"- $crim. I kinda like when you are trying to understand the lyrics, you often don't get the meaning, but that's the point! you are a metalhead, you show us your point od view, and that's what i like
Yousef AH I think its just because this is one of the few songs they have thats really shallow, most of their songs are a lot deeper than this one. I feel like they made this song to be more mainstream, unlike moat of their music.
They're always going for minimalistic videos, as it's their style. They could definitely do some high production value videos but that's just not them. Regarding the lyrics: yes these aren't as meaningful, but that's just this one song. When you look into a lot of other songs, you'll find a lot of deep stuff about depression and (as a result of that) drug abuse. That's the reason a lot of people fuck with them so heavily, as it's relatable for many (at least the depression part). Many find some sort of consolation in it because it makes them feel like they're not alone, which litterally saves lives. You should check out 'Antartica' or 'New Chains, Same Shackles'. You'll see what I mean
When he says "never high, just maintain" he's not saying he's better than others and doesn't do drugs. He's saying his tolerance is so through the roof that he never feels high, but just enough to not have withdrawal.
I like your channel but don't disrespect the boy$ like that. You should have started on another song anyway but it's ok everyone has opinions lol keep doing what you're doing
Suicide boys have the heaviest cult following at the moment and the music is so diverse every fan you ask has a different fave song. That says a lot about the music
Yousef AH You showed disrespect, you may not like the song I can understand that but you were even criticizing how Ruby (guy with long hair) stood and the other guys handmovement like that has nothing to do with the song sir
I'm pretty sure you and I share the same music interest when it comes to metal/rock, but the fact that you can't vibe to this just shows how underdeveloped your mind is when it comes to music. Just because you can't understand the music doesn't mean it's trash, it means that you are an immature musician/music listener and you just don't have an ear for sound...maybe one day you'll get there :)
Jeeez people mad cause he doesnt understand a lot of whats going on... that's the point of his series; Metalhead reacts to RAP. Its his natural reaction :)
Seems like he's just more of a square. Imagine if you dissected the stupid shit in metal and said it with that voice. I just can't look at him without seeing books get slapped out of his hands.
Yo, Yosef! I got a very interesting one for you. *Keith Ape:* It G Ma. It's a Korean rap artist. With a style of rap from the South. Like Korea meets ATL.
Tbh, I understand that you didn't like them, I listened to them 3 years ago, like a song or two, and didn't like it. A year after I listened, and then got into it, but you're more metal so it's different for you too. To each their own
G 59 is not a type of gun it’s their group / record label Grey 59. the 59 is like the highway their off of or sum shit like that and hey chose grey because it’s a neutral color.
Is this a reaction or just you clowning on the video? I get you’re a “metal-head”, but maybe instead of making fun of the video and the music, listen to the song with an open mind.
Hey yousef, I'm really enjoying this series! Consider having a look at MF DOOM, hes an older rapper with interesting lyrics and a unique style. His songs "ALL CAPS" and "guv'nor" have interesting music videos that I think you'd enjoy
this video has more dislikes than likes just because he shared his OWN opinion WITHOUT saying the music is necessarily bad... why? what has society come to?
You pointed out that Ruby (with the long hair) looks like a metalhead and you are definitely right. He's talked about metal and punk being big influences for $UICIDEBOY$ and he played in a punk band before rapping.
I'm in to hip hop but that was also my first listen to $uicideboy$. First impression is that the track was garbage but I'll probably listen to some more of their stuff later. Lyrical content was poor, beat didn't really slap and the video was quite boring, especially when compared to the last few that he has reviewed. Great video tho, keep up the good work Youssef (and maybe upload a little more frequently, only if you can).
Hamza Dar I agree. I can't believe people actually listen to this. Honestly I'm tired of watching him review bullshit music. This isn't real hip hop to me.
hey, i thought u would be another bad reaction channel with clickbait title that watches the whole video not saying anything. I dont agree with u 100% but still i enjoyed ur video. U should react to Ghostemane- D(r)own, its a mix between Metal and Rap
why so many dislikes? :( I think this video was great tbh and people saying that you analyzing is annoying. I think that it makes it better cause you're taking the time to fully understand the song. Love it man, keep up the good work!
Wrong video to review... hands down dude... I went from a depressed little metal punk to them and if you actually look into and listen to what they are about then you will understand it way more than over thinking it all every five seconds. Props for straying away for the norm but dude if you something you are going to relate to there isn’t just one song by them you can pick out and listen to. You’re now tuning into fm 6.66 would be a good one for you to look into or even dead batteries. But you have to understand that the whole meaning behind pretty much every song is dealing with depression, suicide, and anxiety. Not to mention the symbolism behind religion being a icon and not a way of life. All in all. If you were to listen to those two songs and open your mind a little more I think you’d have more people pleased. My recommendation to listen to; do you believe in god? Why? It was the first song that I heard by them.
Hate comments actually makes me laugh Like it’s not our problem Metalheads if we never understand these songs or the way they go, I’m a metalhead yet I like $B and some artists like them, Lo Fi too since my close friends do listen to these, but what ever I listen to my guitar is always on and metal is ftw.
You need to stop analyzing it so much, I appreciate the review but I feel like you need to hold opinions more to the end rather than every 5 seconds
Cerberus reaction videos like that are boring + I want to avoid copyright issues. Cerberus that’s why it’s a reaction not a “review”
Seems you have misread the title thinking it’s a review instead of a reaction ....
Fair enough, I understand the copy right issues
Yousef AH shut up, Nosef.

At the part that says "1 color, 2 numbers, 3 fingers to the sky amongst the thunder"
Has a meaning:
*1 Color* means the Grey
*2 Numbers* means the 59
(it forms G59*, their main influence)
*3 Fingers* when they raise them like that, it forms the 666 (each finger is a 6 on top of each other)
Hope it helps if you didn't know
Thanks for explaining! :) You are kind.
I thought 3 fingers meant Ruby, $crim, and Ramirez together with middle fingers to the sky
I took the three fingers to the sky as a hunger games tribute saying they're killing the game
"3 fingers to the sky and the sky must've thundered" referencing when someone dies and the cannons left a thunderous sound in the sky

Hey thanks for watching. Lots of people requested this song. I make videos when I can which is usually Saturday or Sunday morning.
They have so much more music. Dig around man, they make good music..
sneaccy damn you're one of the few people ive found who dislike them. You need to listen to their other tracks
The guy with dreads is $crim and the long hair is ruby da cherry and when he stands all weird its like his signature pose
ruby (the guy with the long hair) actually played in a punk band as the drummer in his past
React to The Weeknd-Reminder,Starboy etc
hey, i thought u would be another bad reaction channel with clickbait title that watches the whole video not saying anything. I dont agree with u 100% but still i enjoyed ur video. U should react to Ghostemane- D(r)own, its a mix between Metal and Rap
MasterOfDawid cool, thanks. 😄
MasterOfDawid but how come hes called metalhead. And doesnt even know what holding a finger to ur nose means when the lyrics are about snow white.
Finally
why so many dislikes? :( I think this video was great tbh and people saying that you analyzing is annoying. I think that it makes it better cause you're taking the time to fully understand the song. Love it man, keep up the good work!
“R u okay buddy?” I’m cried 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂
You're sleeping on good music.. this was so hard to watch
Thanks for sharing!
Bape not bapé
Hate comments actually makes me laugh
Like it’s not our problem Metalheads if we never understand these songs or the way they go, I’m a metalhead yet I like $B and some artists like them, Lo Fi too since my close friends do listen to these, but what ever I listen to my guitar is always on and metal is ftw.
I like how they make more in a a month than a metal make in their careers
