You kept trying to heavy counter her heavy while she had levitate up. You need to counter her heavy without using a single hit heavy FIRST to remove levitate, then you’re able to knock her down to remove any enchantment spells

So either you can just counter her heavy with a medium/light/relic etc or you can counter with a heavy that is more than one hit, since then the first hit removes levitate and so the last hit is then able to knock her down (an example being she hulk, the first hit removes levitate and the second hit knocks her down). In general - it’s best practice to counter her heavy first, then knockdown and intercept. The transmutation (green) spells are the ones that prevent removal triggers (evade knockdown with levitate, unstoppable on dash with haste, 30% chance to miss with etherealness), so it makes the most sense to get rid of these first so that you can follow up with the other two removals.
