Me too!I absolutely unequivocally couldn't live without Him and most definitely don't want to live without Him. His word is true and will not be void. I find peace, love, and joy in his word. I cherish and appreciate His word which l have hid in my heart that l might not sin against Him. His word is never ever ineffective but more powerful than a two edged sword. In His word l find comfort. His word soothes my very soul and penetrates my heart.
We need more legends to teach this generation how to praise the Lord in song. I'm getting tired of hearing about what you want God to do for you in a song or about how you did this and that...just praise Him, Lord have mercy!! The best songs are the Bible verses, the Word of God is what saves and sets free. It's nice to know every now and the how one has been delivered but I think we are getting away from the gospel which is (in part) God loves you, His Son is Jesus who died for you and He is coming back for His Church. 🤔 the Church ain't ready bc it's too wrapped up in the world's system. I hear some gospel singers and leaders rejecting what they call "religion". Please don't be deceived God is building His Church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it so for those who think church needs to be altered to be like the world are off. Jesus was never conformed to this world He gave us His Father's word. He healed, comforted and set people free but let's be straight He never engaged or endorsed any sin but He did "judge" a sinful behavior and gave counsel to correct. If the gospel be hid then it it hid from those who are lost and it's the Church's responsibility to keep Jesus at the forefront of the church worship service. Too much hollering and screaming excites the congregation so much so folks don't recognize when then healing word of God is going forth and they think it's boring. Smh it's some good teaching ministries in this earth and they are being shunned upon but my Lord just keep teaching!! Too many artist are seeking recognition and forsaking true praise and worship. so the older generation has to keep us in remembrance they Jesus is coming back. Amen 🙏🏾
