    Can you give video link of how you calculate Us I.e velocity on SURFACE.
    It's my Assignment of 15 marks of Explain Kutta - Joukouski Lift Theroem.
    Sir if I right this will I get 15 marks or I have to write other concepts as well please help me sir

      Okay so you want to compute velocity on the surface of the cylinder (when it is subjected to constant circulation), isn't it ??
      If this is what you are asking for, then no need to go for the Kutta - Joukouski Lift Theorem. You need to derive/discuss velocity potential/stream function flowing for fluid past a cylinder case (for Ideal Fluid). Through this, you will get the expression for the velocity on the surface of the cylinder (you may refer this from any Hydrodynamic book under the topic of drag on the cylinder or a similar one).
