A couple seconds after he buys it you can see the stat page. Their whole team is building bullet damage at that moment besides bepop, and he already has some spirit resist worth his other items.

I think cus he also got pristine emblem which gives like 12 spirit armour so just to balance it out
i think is because metro pretty much only plays gun wraith and talon is just dealing so much more gun damage after the buff
