Great set! Devo, defying the obvious and inviting everyone to think.
The crazy thing is, I got back into DEVO because of Yo Gabba Gabba, watching it with my niece and nephews. It's awesome to see them on here!
Just the thing I needed. ❤ and they played Come Back Jonee ❤❤
Thank you DEVO and NPR. Seen them many times over the years, always fantastic. and On Point.
they went deep, love it thanks NPR and Tiny Desk
Leading with Worried Man, *so* DEVO. I love Human Highway. Thanks for this glorious tidbit, NPR!
These guys! Just brilliant.
So fun to see them doing the songs I fell in love with in the late 70’s. I was 21 and they were the soundtrack of my life like many here. Saw every tour they did from their debut to Shout, and a few times after that into the teens. They may not be doing nonstop jumping jacks these days, but still got it. RIP Alan and Bob2.
We are Devo not old men
They aren't getting old. They're de-evolving.
Q: Are We Old Men?
A: We Are DEVO
As a 20 something, no we’re definitely not
Great concert! Super tight! Lucky to see them in 1988 at Hammerjacks Baltimore! Bob 1 is such a great overlooked guitarist!
THEY NEEDED THESE SONGS ON THE TOURRRRRR OMG
Probably my favorite band, the most inspiring band, of my life. Very impressed with Josh 2 and Jeff.
I’ve SEEN (live) DEVO so many times and this was so different then any time I’ve ever seen them……!!!!!!
P.s. so GOOD……!!!!!
So awesome!! This takes me back to being that odd geeky teenager and dancing punk rock 😊
CUBE TOP! SQUARED OFF!
8 CORNERS!! 90° ANGLES!
FLAT TOP!! STARE STRAIGHT AHEAD!
SNAKE EYES!! BLOCKHEAD!!!
Just pure genius...Devo are incredible
Still as fresh and relevant as it was almost 50 years ago... RIP Chi Chi Rodriguez!
BLOCKHEAD 4:15 - Gheez, I Still get teary eyed with this one! Never analyzed why this might be, but been happening since I first heard it . . . And I’m good with it even now at Sixty-three --thanks NPR and Devo
This was fantastic. Seen them in Chicago back in May! May the Dpud be with you, always!
