You and I don't have the first clue how the Falcons did in the draft. Neither do they. Nobody does. I've been watching NFL football for over 60 years and I've seen dozens and dozens of "can't miss" draft picks miss. I've seen undrafted free agents go to the Hall of Fame. Tom Brady was drafted in the 6th round. Ryan Leaf was the 2nd overall pick. You'll know how the Falcons did in the draft in 3 or 4 years...not before. And if you don't know what the word "choke" means...don't use it.

Riley isn't hitting yet like Riley, but Riley's picking em at the hot corner, so overlooked when it comes to his 3B defense because of Arenado
This is what a deep lineup can do for you: Even with the NL MVP and the Major league HR hitter, AND your best pitcher either not playing or underperforming the Braves STILL are the best team in baseball. It takes the pressure off of the players having to be 'that guy" .. Bravos in 2024 !

Waiting for MLB to post tonight's game highlights has becoming truly ridiculous, so I'll post here here on the Braves own highlight thread, with the exception of the mistake to Wang leading off the game Chris Sale was masterful and completely dominated one of the best teams in baseball, as someone else pointed out the Braves are dominating with two of their all stars out hurt including our ace and two or three of our best hitters under performing and Ronald haven't even hit his stride yet, just think of the unstoppable monster we'll be when we put it all together, GO BRAVES!!!!!!!!

Solid overall, but that's two outings in a row for Tyler where he wasn't very sharp. This is what happens when you're still coming back from major surgery so let's hope he gets zeroed back in and keeps getting the uptick in velocity and hits his spots more consistently. If we can get him back to his prime level from postseason 21, an already great bullpen becomes unstoppable. Props to him for getting the first out via strikeout before getting pulled though. He may not be 100% but he is still a gamer and battling

It's getting a little late in the season for Acuna/Olson/Riley to have a combined 6 homeruns. Especially Acuna only having 1 homer. I get nobody is talking about it because we're winning but this is a huge power outage.
I understand the thought - but I started looking at it last night and we haven’t played 30 days yet! So I think, for me at least, I can give them time to get going. It’s a long time until October! I’m glad Ozzie is back!
Acuña, Riley, and Olson are being pitched to differently than last year. Once they crack that code via adjustments, then the Braves scores will be obscenely lopsided.
