Step # 1: Direction; purpose for session. What do they want.
Step# 2: Why is the purpose important. Why do they want it
    Step# 3: Coach them based on experience/education
Step# 4: Action client needs to take to drive closer to what they identified at the beginning of the session
Step# 5: Takeaway; most useful part of the session that client identifies
Step# 6: Accountability; ask what would work for client to be able to show coach how they moved toward accomplishing what it is they want
Step# 7: Identify task(homework) client will take by next session
    Recap at 37:24

Liam, I honestly can't tell you how grateful I am that you did this session. I'm just into week six of the accreditation and was really starting to worry because I was lost and floundering in my practice sessions. This structure is gold and I cannot thank you enough! I'm excited to go and test it out!

You’re really an awesome trainer! The way you go and back forth with each step really helps me remember the steps. I feel it’s even better than the way I usually learn, which is going through the steps once, taking notes and memorizing them on my own.

love the way you approach the hole set as it creates the brain to start a loop (as t.v or news as example). loved your energy and how you put yourself forward. Great to see some swear words as i feel this just connects to normality. Really found the steps themselves as a very strong set as my now go to main questions once I've wondered off track with a client. Loved the accountable section too can't emphasis how well this whole structure will work. This is the mutts nuts. Cheers !!

Thank you so much for your kind words and enthusiasm! We're thrilled that you found our approach to coaching and our energy to be engaging and effective. We also appreciate your feedback on the use of language and swear words. We believe in being authentic and relatable to our clients, and sometimes that includes using language that reflects how we would talk in everyday life.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for your support. If you're interested in learning more, please don't hesitate to reach out or check out our website.

By studying sessions you learn emitionally how and why other coatches capitalice on certain voice tonages. Canvas modell keeps the participiant materialistically uninvested. "What canels are you using to reach the customers - internet!"

Despite the framework. Coaches need other coaches. You can not tickle yourself as you are allready expecting the touch. Same with coaching.

Absolutely. Even with a solid framework, coaches benefit immensely from the perspective and insights of other coaches.

Absolutely! Even with a great framework, having another coach can make all the difference. It’s hard to see our own blind spots sometimes!
