The tube is to make the red bar black, it might go over it howeverbI did not try. It is the only place I can think of it might belong..
It can be used for that but I found out its for the front there is a gray bumper piece that has arrma on it and you would use the hose to connect that piece to the bumper.
Also building another street outlaw coming soon😁
