I have a Traeger Pro 780. I have many bags of various Pit Boss pellets. I liked the first video I saw by Mazie and so I've watched several. I'm from a suburb of the city of salt, but in the mid 80's when I was in the Navy, I decided I'd simply tell people I'm from the city of salt, because No one knows that old WWII Army Air Corp base that turned into the town I grew up in, named after a former State senator. When I'd tell folks where I was from they'd say, ".... so, you're from Utah? And then I'd brace myself for the question I knew was coming next. "Are you a Skier?!" And I was happy to reply that Yes I was! Greatest snow on earth, at least the license plates say so. 😂 Do you have a 3-2-1 Rib recipe or your favorite variation of pork ribs? Ribs are a Winner! Winner! Winner! Pleases everyone.
Great video! Should do salmon! We do salmon often and it comes out great! Also make good leftovers for work or snacks If you do a dip afterwards! Keep it up!

I've been a pitboss user. My first was the vertical pro series. Then second was also the vertical, more advanced pro series. Now, my baby is the Titan. I love this one. Ok. Sorry, you're from Utah. 🤣 I've followed you a long time now. Then you disappeared for a long time. Aaaalmost deleted you and here you are. You showed back up. Lol. Keep em coming. OH, by the way. You hesitated when you mentioned your battery operated portable! 🤣 I think you realized you will catch hell in the comments on that one! Haha.
I’ll do my best! I do feel like I’m qualified to give instruction on those so maybe we can do a series of me learning haha I do love cooking with charcoal though so I’ll try to add more videos for sure.
