This might be my favorite song ever,because pretty much I can completely relate to the speaker. In October 2017 I friend I had known for not very long had to move to Alabama,and I lived in Oklahoma. The night that she left,I had been trying to figure out how to still be able to scype but had no clue how to do it. I didn’t have here phone number. I didn’t have her new address so that I could talk to her through letters. I finally basically accepted that,I was never going to be able to talk to here in person,ever again. I had only known her since about September 2016 but she was basically a clone of me. She had the same personality,same interests,I had always acted funny and done funny stuff to become class clown,and she did too. Everytime I had lunch she sat next to me,every class she sat next to me,every time we were in art,music,or P.E. She had always atleast been in the same class. I put right next to my name “For Itzel”. At that point I had usually been getting 85-90 type grades on spelling tests.kinda just average grades. But that day after putting that on there, I got a 105! That was the highest grade I had ever gotten on a spelling test back then! I couldn’t believe it! I will always remember that. The day before she was going to start packing up,I had thought of a good idea.i brought my phone with me,and when none of the teachers were looking,I yelled over to her “Itzel,Smile!” And I got the perfect picture. The day after,when my reading teacher wasn’t looking,I gave her the picture. I printed two pictures off of my mother’s printer. She was very happy. I was trying to get the most out of this friendship while it had enough time. I will never forget that photo. While I am writing this comment,the picture is right next to me. October 25,2017 the best friendship I had ever had,ended. To this day,some of my friends still tease me about it,because they thought that I liked her. If we had so much in common and if we WERE dating then I don’t think there would be any reason to not just tell you that we were.But I don’t really care. I love this song. I loved that friendship.
