Honestly I expected so much more from Sue from all her pregame stuff but still was a fan at all times. Sadly she was playing to get to the end and not playing to win.
Sue you played a great game and were fun to watch. I thought you deserved a vote to at least reward your loyalty but finishing third is super impressive. You should feel only pride in your time. You had dirt on your face but everyone did and you were sleeping outside so I can’t believe anyone would try to make you embarrassed for it. 47 wouldn’t have been the same without Sue
This wasn’t Sue’s intent but I wonder if it would be financially beneficial for a player to be as much as a goat as possible to facilitate getting to the final three and making that money as a third place finisher versus making oneself a big enough threat to win. Would take someone who really didn’t care about winning to do that strategy but I could see that happening (or maybe it has happened a lot and I am just talking about something that’s not new).
If I was ever on survivor my only game plan would be to be a goat people take to the end. I don't think I would be able to navigate the relationship aspect or manage my threat level, so I would almost certainly be voted out before top 10 otherwise.
I doubt it. Most things Sue says I don't put much value on, she seems to be a tad over egotistical on herself, which is a good thing to be.. But she made herself look more like an ass on show
I don’t think he stole it so much as he took it because Sue wasn’t using it and he needed the practice. Rachel told everyone pretty quickly that it would be Sam and Teeny making fire.
@@lolabush2201 yeah I don't think he did it maliciously at all. However, I think someone having two flints instead of one while practicing could be an advantage and I'm surprised production allowed him to take it
@@omarholder9036 They give them all one flint for fire making, someone getting an extra isn't really fair considering thats not how its supposed to work. He got an advantage he wasn't supposed to have. At the end of the day it doesn't matter since it didn't affect the game (Sam lost regardless, in no fire making scenario would he have won), but im surprised production didn't tell him he couldn't do that.
Nothing against her as a person, but she and Teeny have been the worst players this season. At first I thought they had a lot of potential, but that wasn't the case.
Probably not as much as I was tired of Sue on my screen 😂 I know I sound like an ass. But she was so annoying to watch. She wasn't likeable, she wasn't strategic, she wasn't a game changer. She was a goat. And like all goats on survivor, they bore me. Unless its a andy or wu kinda goat, a goat who makes moves but has ZERO chances of ever winning... A goat who does nothing is not a likeable player. She seems like a nice person, but her hatred of Kyle, Sam, gen, etc was just annoying.
Lots to admire about her but she blew her game up by not playing the game. She wasted all her energy trying to get Kyle out just because...he wrote her name down. It's Survivor that's going to happen. She needed more on her resume. She was too focused on "revenge". You don't win because you're a woman and older. It's how you play each facet of the game. Caroline wasn't even loyal at the end vote.
LMAO, cool she was the oldest, but yikes she was a bad player. No judgement, because hell she made it further the I probably would have But YOU DO NOT attack the jurry. Why would you point at them and say I beat all your asses, and then have a petty argument with Kyle.. For a 60yo you'd expect to have some smarts on how to handle people
Screw that. This comment section is an echo chamber of glazing. Sue is 100% how you DON'T play survivor IF you want to win. If you want to get to the end, by all means copy this strategy. Many people have done it before. Think Ben on 45 for example. Sue simply has an overinflated opinion of herself and a lack of respect for people to judge her correctly. She operates from just a base of "They are gonna underestimate me". Problem when you play into that is, you have to do something to prove them wrong not just exist.
@omarholder9036 thank you!! I feel like everyone is glazing her. She seems like a nice person but man she played horribly. And I thought she was gonna be one of my favorite players during the character highlights on EW and the first few episodes.
Sue was horrible! Nobody is fooled by your age and to say that you had no idea that your body was so dirty is a lie! Sue is extremely insecure and was trying to hide her wrinkles and her bad plastic surgery operations with dirt. Sue is so out of touch with reality (i.e. 5 Christmas trees!?, upset with no votes, etc.) which is why she thinks she was going to get votes for talking crap about the jury. Sue got far only because she wasn't a threat to win...she didn't properly play her idol and regardless of her loyalty claim, she went out of her way to not reveal she possessed an idol after her allies would reveal theirs. Anyone who thinks she did awesome really didn't watch the show in depth to see all of her flaws.
Queen Sue!! Record holder for oldest finalist, so happy for you!
goat but yes good for her, she was very loyal
7:47 Hundreds of interviews and Rob still gets these moments of genuine laughter. Sue's a riot, love her
I love Sue SO much. Wonderful addition to the Survivor family of iconic older women
I love how Sue got all gussied up for the final tribal🤩
Haha Yah I was like wait was she saving these clothes for the finale! Her hair looked like she got a blow too 😂
Sue was so much fun to watch this season .
Sue was my pre-season winner pick, so I feel very validated that she made F3.
I am 59 and was rooting for Sue!!!!!❤❤ Glad she made it to F3
She is so sweet and sassy! I love her!!
Loved Sue! Absolutely Awesome!
Sue was a legend!
….girl lol
"I always loved Kyle " lol
Kyle did dis sat Sue was always nice and helpful to him on the Island.
You crushed it, Sue!
Loved Sue! Glad she made it to the end! Very inspiring!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Sue is hilarious lol. She just shoots from the hip and tells it like it is. I love it. I was rooting for her.
Wise lady.. thank you for game Sue.
Sue's reaction on Kyle and Andy. So funny, i love it! 😅♥️
I always knew Sue was going all the way to the finals 👑
She is such a sweetheart. The edit really makes you pigeon holed into one view. But I like Sue's old school method of playing.
Honestly I expected so much more from Sue from all her pregame stuff but still was a fan at all times. Sadly she was playing to get to the end and not playing to win.

Her make up and hair is so tea. I know that’s right. She looks great. ❤
Sue is fabulous

I was team Sue from day one. She’s a strong badass woman. 💪.
love her!
Please get Sue on a podcast with Tiffany Seely. They’d be a winning combination!
I love Sue!! She did so great!!
I was most shocked to learn Sam stole Sue's flint??? I'm surprised he was even allowed to do that!
I doubt it.
Most things Sue says I don't put much value on, she seems to be a tad over egotistical on herself, which is a good thing to be.. But she made herself look more like an ass on show

she made the right alliences and kept her idol hidden... and didnt need to keep winning the immunity idol to keep her in. the game like rachel did...
She made it to the end because no one saw her as a threat
“I have so much respect for his… I don’t have respect for his game. I hated it.” 😆😆😆
Sue you are adorable!
She's only 45.
7:34 I mean, is there really any question? We've all seen those Andy challenge memes.
Sue is a great character and i’m glad she was on the season. I still think she hates Kyle but thats okay it’s funny in a way
Sue's got a nice house!!!
Nice to see her cleaned up.
Queen Sue
Yeyyyy
I think Sue's biggest mistake was using the "red paint idol" too soon! OTHERWISE a great game played 👍💪
She won't confess that she was putting dirt on her face on purpose. You can be honest Sue. It's ok.
Loveeee her! Suenami played a good game.
Cancel Christmas
It amazing you
Sue was so funny in the final ep with the half-hearted support of Sam practicing fire. Wish we got more of that, fun lady
Sue sent Andy home not Rachael thats big she could have won if she said that
And she had NO game, she didn't think!!!
Play the game 😂. She just tagged along😅
Nothing against her as a person, but she and Teeny have been the worst players this season. At first I thought they had a lot of potential, but that wasn't the case.
I wish they wouldn't cast people who don't play to win. She obviously doesn't need the money and just wanted the "experience of survivor"
Just curious, what makes you think she doesn't need the money?
@@lears75 5 Christmas trees
Nah, the game wouldn't be as fun if everybody was a gamebot. It's characters like Sue that liven things up and help create moments.
@@lears75 she owns a successful flight school
Who cares
She didn’t need the money:)
How much does Rob Dislike Chritmas?
I think he just doesn’t like commercialization of Christmas.

Its nuts how they edited Andy being voted out as Rachel's move when in fact it was all Sue's.
It was Rachel's move. She's the one who played the block a vote, played her idol that negated 3 votes on her, and voted out Andy
It wasn't Sue's move, Sue made no moves and that's why she was a zero vote finalist lol
She claimed she was 40 years old on the show...you're lucky I wasn't there hon I would've said you were 70
Smey is a weird surname. She should change it.
Sue ain’t fooling anyone when she told her competitors she was in her 40s. She looks cartoonishly old!
