Here are my thoughts for the the final bosses for each route in this AU: Pherenapates and Shiroko Terror could be the Final Bosses of the Pacifist Run in this AU, Then Mika Misono could be the Neutral Final Boss, seems like a good ending point for a Neutral Run, the ending for Eden Treaty is good, but leaves some loose ends for a continuation or for a more satisfactory ending, which is what the Pacifist Route is for, or maybe Beatrice could be the Neutral Final Boss instead? Like Mika is the fake Final Boss like Asgore is, then Beatrice becomes the True Final Boss of the Neutral Route, like Flowey does in Undertale. As for the No Mercy Final Boss… Eh, I have no idea, but Takanashi Hoshino could fit as the final no mercy run boss.
