Usually till now the mobile no. use to be of HR head or the owner of the organisation in case of a small organisation. HR head or owner usually do not login to do the day today PF related work in an office, it's HR personnel who do it. Maybe mobile no. is to be changed in such cases with the next responsible person from the HR team. In this scenario we have to follow the method shown on this video. So proceed with "Forgot Your Password" option only even though we know the password, just to change the mobile no. So one can expect this as problem of 7 days until request gets approved by EPFO.
