- This is a soothing video which follows a group of ferrets as they wander, snuffle, dig and splash through their 500sq.ft natural habitat enrichment zone. No talking, no high action or loud soundtracks, just endearing nature at its best.

You should go out there one day and just lay in the grass and take a nap, wake up and see how many ferrets are curled up around you sleeping too

😁 so true. The aim is for me to not get too controlling and allow them to transform their land as they see fit! I do want the plants and shrubs to live though, so it will give them good play cover.

I always wanted to make an enclosure but my house didn’t support it we do not have any garden at all

We've only just built it, but the intention will be for them to make use of it all year.

Question how does the plastic over the top prevent the ferrets from climbing the fence and escaping?
Hi, they climb up the wire, and then they are faced with the wood board which creates an overhang. Their little legs are not long enough to reach past the overhang so the plastic tube adds a slippy no-grip surface just to be sure. I have a build video coming out soon so watch out for that.
