The concept of "Hashem will build the beit haMikdash" is a kabbalistic teaching based on the verse in exodus מקדש ה' כוננו ידיך, and the verse in psalms "אם ה' לא יבנה בית שווא עמלו בוניו בו", but it is kabbalistic and the midrashim explain its actual meaning

Fixing ones character traits is under the category of "practical kabbalah" since in doing so a person aligns themselves and fixes their antenna as it were to percieve and cling to God

Noahidism must be a really great thing because all these rabbis encourage it, and it was approved by Hashem BEFORE Judaism! If I were a Jew I’d convert to Noahidism! You can still cling to Hashem, don’t have to worship any false idols, but are free from the oppressively impossible 613 Mitzvot and can free yourselves from the control of the Rabbis and all the stuff they make up. Remember, Hashem already approved Noahidism!
