In this video, I found a resin turquoise knock-off and am showing what it looks like when it faces the hot needle test.

So many scammers out there... it's hard to buy anything online anymore....
So true... and when I bought this, it was years ago from an estate sale... so I ddn't over pay. I bet the person who sold it didn't even know it was fake.

@@animallovers.1643 The swab test is also helpful to double check. I like to do both in conjunction to be extra sure of what I have as the dying process is different than the resin impregnation process.
