t's nice but, where are the actual houses? Where is people who lives there today?
And ll this vegetation is very impressive but totally unreal in that country, with the dry season. Maybe it can be on wet season.... if you plant several trees and others plantation. And this area is a protected area.

The actual location is in Tasi Tolu, people who are living there will be relocated . This hotel will be completed with International Hospital, international school , Golf , convention center , accommodation, youth training center and so on . The budget of this construction is 700 million dollar . It will employ more then five thousand Timorense on the beginning of construction and after that they will employ one thousand five hundred permanent staff once the construction is finished . Beside this , they will plant 80 % trees in the surroundings area ..it will be begun soon .

Drop by Tasi Tolu and look out to the see. You will see a dock being constructed to deliver the goods to construct the hotel. It was approved at the Council of Ministers in 2014. In October 2015, a government resolution allocating the land. All is now complete and construction commences in March 2017. Haleluyah
