Calculation for the basement let's suppose we have dimension as mentioned below 20 x 20 x 3 = 1200 V x ach / 1.7 1200 × 18 ÷ 1.7 = 12705.8 cfm Is this calculation is correct If we have select the fan size for the basement based on above dimension and calculation is that our fan selection calculation is right .or no Is that fan capacity corrected 12705 is the capacity of the fan Need feedback on it from all engineers

Suppose we have basement 20 m by 20 m and height is 3 m Fan calculation or fan selection for the basement 20 × 20 × 3 = 1200 cubic meter 1m= 35.31 cft 1200 × 35.31 = 42,372 cft Q= vcft x ach / 60 Q= 42375 x 10 / 60 Q= 423,720/60 = 7,062 cfm = 7,062 / 2.119 = 3332.7 L/s The above mention calculation is as per civil defence UAE regulation I just request you kindly check and give your suggestions on this calculation.
