Bill Burr is an American comedian or a comedian from the North American Union, depending on when you read this. He grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and did fairly poorly in school, despite the fact that he applied himself.
Having first gained notoriety for his recurring role on the second season of Chappelle’s Show, Bill developed a comedic style of uninformed logic that has made him a regular with Conan O’Brien, Jimmy Fallon, and Jimmy Kimmel.
Bill can be seen in the films, The Front Runner, starring Hugh Jackman, Daddy’s Home with Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell, Black or White with Kevin Costner, Walk of Shame with Elizabeth Banks, The Heat with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, Stand Up Guys with Al Pacino and Christopher Walken, and Date Night with Steve Carell and Tina Fey.

A police officer in my family said none of them are accurate but Hill Street Blues was by far the closest to reality at the time. One thing CHiPs got right was no gun play.

Funny clip but, when I saw the channel name I was hoping for a lower quality, 'the Ricky Gervais show' style animation to go along with the audio.....one day it might happen.
I could listen to these two talk about nothing all day long.
I remember Colin Powell's episode where he told Congress that Iraq was making nuclear and biological weapons in the back of trucks rolling up and down the highway.
Chips is somewhere in the middle. I’m aged in the middle of these two and never liked Chios but for a 70’s show is was in the middle,not horrible not great.
Chips might be the only cop show that the cops never pulled their guns. I think Bear did in one episode when someone took off with his police car

If I hadn't seen Chips since the 70s, I might have agreed with Conan's take. However, as luck would have it, I actually watched an episode a couple days ago. It was about a couple going around in a van and stealing things from people via various scams, but I don't think a single scene in the entire episode was filmed on the highway. They were at a church, and a residential neighborhood, and their HQ, but never on the highway. So, there are exceptions! haha
