You can also get +1 CHA from the Mirror of Loss (Patriar's Memory) meaning you can get a permanent +3. To get it, pass the Arcana check before offering a prayer. You'll have to give up a memory to sacrifice 2 to a stat (which can be immediately remedied with Remove Curse) and hope you get the random memory of the patriar that was usurped by Gortash. The other random memories don't add anything. This can be acquired on as many characters as you want, although there's probably going to be a lot of save scumming involved.

My guess? Ladder. You climb long ladder to get in the room with guards, so he doesn't appear next to you, the game sometimes breaks the party interactions based on distance so you are treated separately. Level design flaw, it happens.
The explosive blood is not Astarian only, it depends who you let her experiment with whose blood in act 2. She does Astarian and the experiment separately.
You can sacrifice Forbidden Knowledge to the mirror to bypass sacrificing skill points. If you're a Rogue, I believe, you can offer it a false memory instead of a true one, also bypassing losing two points. It's a chunky skill check, but you can definitely do it!
If you have a character with any fire resistance + one of the armors that decrease all damage taken by 2, you are immune to the fire surface allowing for the explosion, but I am not entirely sure if you're immune to the explosion itself. I didn't go through with the experiment at moonrise so I don't think I can get it in my current playthrough.
It is true.. dont know if it a bug But yarh.. take a armor that give fire resistance + decrease all damage taken by 2. However if u drink the mysterious potion u will get a buff as what u said. @@LukeCanWin you have to get the +1 charisma BEFORE you get the +2 to any stat, else you can't talk to the mirror anymore. And you shouldn't sacrifice the Forbidden Knowledge, since that's a perm buff and all the -2 stat debuffs can be cleared with remove curse (or long rest).
Why do you sacrifice your permanent buff to be able to speak to dead and +1 to wisdom checks and saving throws. Also these are not all, you missed patriars memory (+1 to charisma) , anointed in splendor (+2 to saving throws) and you can get Bless till long rest for everyone until long rest by donating to the temple southwest in the lower city.

FYI to get in cazadors, if you use astarian to talk to the first guards, no need for persuasion or deception, they recognize him and let him pass
