    I must say, your videos are becoming more helpful and informative every day, especially for those new to the hobby. If I were Big King B for a day, I would use a prop blast water pickup that mounted somewhere on the existing hardware, so the only modification you would need to make is the through-hull for the tubing. That way, you could remove it with no patching required if it did not help.

      Probably add a pickup on the stinger mounting holes,

    Good informational stuff. On key with ovals and it’s a completely different set up to Saw. Especially trying for ovals full pack running near or at 70 mph. Keep it going. Love seeing your channel grow and give back to the community

    Hi, nice craft. I just bought a NTN600 green as the gecko 😅. You have some amazing videos, but have you done a video on a stock boat and what to do first, like in car where you have, step one, step two and so one.. I meant a guide what to do first and what to put your money on. Regards from Sweden 😊

    My Recoil V1 worked great and oh so fast on 6s. Seems it was almost running out of water, over reved in the last 10% of the throttle. Way cool.

    Big B you should put a small spot of velcro on your battery's on the bottom so the don't migrate during operation 😉.

    Another great video B. Just wondering, at one point I think you said the LVC was 4.8?? I can only see lower numbers on my program box.

    Good runs, good vid B! You have any vids putting in a thru hull pick up? Cant seem to find one anywhere. Due to the boat and setup Im really limited options, so I have 4 singles coming. Thinking about drilling a smaller hole and filing to size and shape. That seem about right?

      That's what I did to my scale fishing boat, I drilled a hole & filled to fit, then epoxies into the boat. It's easier than you think hardest part is getting up the nerve to drill a hole in a perfectly good boat...

      @@IRONCLADRC Yea, not looking forward to making those first holes. The wait for the parts aint helping lmao

    I watched your balancing of propellers. The metal Proboat propellers are they pre balanced? I’m tired of braking the plastic ones especially with the updated motors I put in my boats. Of course it doesn’t help to run in the fall with all the leaves falling into the lake. By the way Rhinelander Wisconsin where I live is going down to 31 degrees tonight.

      31° wow it's mid 70's at night here in the Carolina's right now. Yes sir proboat props are 99% balanced, you shouldn't need to balance them stainless steel props so you shouldn't break them. Oxidean & ose sells cnc aluminum balanced props also.

      One last question, I’m going to buy another propeller shaft and I have stowed my boats away for our trip to Florida. Do our Proboats turn clockwise or counterclockwise? Thanks in advance for your help.

    oxidean 4814 is good and fast on my impulse32 and the swv2 seems to like the blackjack 42 prop at least with my set up. peace

    What would cause my transmitter to loose signal from the receiver? Ran at the pond yesterday and on my last run my boat was dead. Brought it back and saw the light blinking on the receiver so I did a re bind and then it seemed good.

    How do you know if the prop you’re running is too small?

    • @IRONCLADRC
      @IRONCLADRC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Usually, you'll experience cavitation. Basically, your boat doesn't get up on plan, or your prop catches and you have a lower speed that you want
