He's one of the best scorers and one of the best passers, but it's incredible how great of a rebounder he is. He does grunt work like a center who only rebounds, but that is only in addition to the rest of his game.

Joker has always been about his team. And his new best friend is Brodie. And Joker wants to get him a ring and then go ride his horses. It really is that simple.
Jokic is everything you claim. However players from different eras often cannot be accurately compared. Jokic would have been called for traveling on a large portion of his shots in earlier eras. The eurostep was not allowed to Chamberlain, Russell, Jabbar, Olajuwan, etc. Chamberlain and Jabbar could both bring the ball up court against the press, and did so in college. In the pros they had to play in the style of their eras. Bill Walton was every bit the passer Jokic is. Basketball has changed. There was no reason for big men to shoot outside in the past because there was no three point line. Now the point total possibility is increased by 33% for shooting a three. Of course big guys will take advantage! Applaud the wonderful things Jokic does! I do. But do not forget what other giants accomplished under different systems and rules!
If voting was true and fair Jokic would be winning his 5th straight MVP this year. Not saying others dont deserve it but if you watch basketball and know what Jokic means to this Denver team then you know hes the mvp year in and year out. This nuggets team hasnt had an active all star player to help Jokic and the dude still carries them to the playoffs every year. We are watching greatness, enjoy it while we can bcuz we will not see another player like him again.

The Nugets play a style that barcelona also played with pep where you had no actual striker, and use a false 9 ( a blend between a striker and a playmaker) this is exactly what Jokic would be, he draws defense so that his team can make runs in behind so he can move the ball... Ima need nuggets to be 2nd seat, and jokic to break the streak for most consecutive tripledoubles ( currently 11) If he does that he shlud be unanimous MVP
Jokic Dominance is going to change basketball on all levels regarding types of players recruited, evaluations and development .ESPN spend to much time on players athleticism when really all you need for basketball is reasonable height and a reasonable wingspan. A High IQ can make up for not having athleticism.
@@Hoops_Central_23 Ben Simmons is actually good. Its his attitude that's the problem. He is literally stealing money from the league. Irony you mentioned him because even with all his faults, he would fit with the nuggets since their style is cutting to the basket and they shoot the lowest amount of three's in the league.
I see Jokic as the combination of the Great Tim Duncan and Hakeem "the Dream" Olajuwon with the passing ability of Jason Kidd. They have a great chance of winning the title again this year because I believed he's reaching his peak. When they won the title, I believed he was just at 75% at his peak and the way he's playing now he's reaching 99-100%
About that 15,000 pts 7,500 reb 5,000 ast list, I got a 💎 that you & everyone else on here might not be expecting: I did a calculation a few days ago for Wilt on the above list & ultimately determined that if you factor in today's assist criteria AND plus the lesser known fact that Wilt thought he was undercounted by 4ast per game as a Laker, he(Wilt) actually achieved this feat in about: 790 games (Either end of 68-69 season, or the start of 69-70)

his position is existed a lot in the park when the best skilled bb player is accidentally also the biggest man in team, he will play center position forcefully the difference is he can combine his forced position and his skill sets
I think realistically Kareem is second in all time points, has 6 rings, and 6 mvps. Jokic needs at least 3 championships before he has the career accolades to be argued above Kareem based on individual impact. And I’m the biggest Jokic fan I just like to remain as objective as possible when it comes to my all time rankings. Not looking at career greatness just all time best or all time peaks he is likely objectively top 5 and I would argue he is top 3
I made the video before the Kings game when he was at 9.9, the kings game pushed his average up. If you a true know-all you would hav picked that up 😜 I try update the stats throughout the production process as best I can but eventually the video gets too far along.
how to stop him? no you cant..just let him do the scoring and guard his teammates, and in the offensive side...attack him...this strategy works only in playoffs though to win a series against his team.

He's one of the best scorers and one of the best passers, but it's incredible how great of a rebounder he is. He does grunt work like a center who only rebounds, but that is only in addition to the rest of his game.
He so well rounded it’s amazing
0:39
mashed like button the instant i heard you pronounce nikola correctly
Haha thank you, appreciate it 🤝
He looks so young in these shots. Guy makes me enjoy life more. Living in Denver is such a treat after my place in Ohio.
Love to hear that 🤝❤️
He is being mentioned with Wilt. How can he not win 2025 MVP?
Facts!
Chauncey Billups claims that Jokic is the best passer of all time, regardless of the position, and the Pistons' Isaiah Thomas said that only the Magic are as good a passer as Jokic.
🤝
Wilt, Kareem, Hakeem, Shaq, and Nikola. That's just chronological, because it is hard to choose. These are my Top 5 centers all-time. By the time Nikola is through, he will almost certainly be in my Top 5 players all-time, maybe Top 3. If he can keep his weight under control, and stay motivated (we know that basketball is not his main passion), he should have at least 5 or 6 more great seasons in him.
Yep, fair call. Thanks for sharing 🤝
jabbar, russel, wilt, shaq, hakeem, moses and robinson all of them did more in their career, more than jokic did so far and they are higher than joker on all time centers list
@@Hoops_Central_23I actually think this is somewhat unfair.
I honestly believe it's an outright insult not to have, of all centers, Russell & Hakeem, in the top 5 list.
And Artis Gilmore.
People STILL don't really know, I feel, how dominant HE truly could be at times...
@@Matt-g4s9dHakeem is there in my list. You’re right about Bill Russell. I watched him play a few times when I was a kid, but mistakenly thought he was a power forward. But yeah, he was mostly a center and should be in the list, maybe even #1. Moses Malone and Artis Gilmore were greats, but neither of them - or David Robinson - had the all-around skills to control a game and get the most out of every teammate like Nikola Jokic. He may not even be 30 yet, but he has already proven that he belongs in the Top 5 centers, in my opinion. Put Bill Russell in there and you force me to take someone out. Ugh. I can’t. There are 6 in my Top 5.
@mediamannaman I understand & appreciate you mentioning you saw Russell play a few times & thought he was a power forward.
👀You REALLY don't think Artis has the same ability to control every phase of a game while making his surrounding personnel better to the same degree as Jokic or other premier series?
Why do believe so?
And about Russell, I honestly don't think you'd have to push him out of the top 5 if you felt the need to include Jokic; perhaps maybe you put either one in a tie with someone else?
I mean, I ain't forcing either way, that's just what I'd rather do...
nice poetic description of a poetic basketball player
Appreciate that, thank you!
Where are Will Barton,Bruce Brown and Monte Morris now???
Those were his best teammates at some point
He never had even 1 all star
Morris is in Phoenix, Brown in Toronto and Barton looks like he’s no longer in the NBA
Nuggets looked great in the last few games against the average teams. Today against Minnesota Nuggets with Jokic looked helpless.
T-Wolves seem to have upper hand on Nuggets
He is One of One. He is Nikola Jokic.
Facts!! 🤝
Jokic is fucking Incineroar of basketball bruh.
a natural basketball savant if I ever saw one.
Yes, for sure! 💪🏻
СКРОМАН И ПОНОСАН СРБИН . БРАВО БРАТЕ СРБИНЕ ♥♥♥
He truely is 🤝
Joker has always been about his team. And his new best friend is Brodie. And Joker wants to get him a ring and then go ride his horses. It really is that simple.
Hope we see them riding horses together back in Serbia after they win a ring together 😂
Yes, fair call. Thanks for your input and watching 🤝
Love.jokic game so much
He the 🐐
Joker is the perfect name for him. He can be whatever you want and morph on offense.
Haha so true
Best ever player
🐐
He turned 30 during last year’s all star game.
He was born February 1995
Basketball is more skill than physical. I hate when people use the athletic argument as to why someone shouldn't be great.
Yes, agree 100%
If voting was true and fair Jokic would be winning his 5th straight MVP this year. Not saying others dont deserve it but if you watch basketball and know what Jokic means to this Denver team then you know hes the mvp year in and year out. This nuggets team hasnt had an active all star player to help Jokic and the dude still carries them to the playoffs every year. We are watching greatness, enjoy it while we can bcuz we will not see another player like him again.
Yes I agree 100%. Take Jokić away and the Nuggets be struggling, take SGA away and OKC still be competitive team, OKC very deep roster. Not taking anything away from the rest of Nuggets roster but not deep like OKC
If he wins another chip, he is top 5 all time.
For sure 🤝
After the Kings game, he’s now averaging over 10 assists, but I get that you started making this video before that game.
Yes, thanks for understanding. I try update stats throughout the production process as much as possible but it gets to a certain point where it gets a bit too difficult. 🤝❤️
@@Hoops_Central_23 His stats are so unpredictable, and sometimes I think he can "manipulate" them-I mean that in a good way. I’ve watched Jordan and Kobe, but I think he’s the only player who can decide to score 50, do it at will, and completely change his average PPG.
@ yeah I know what you mean, he often is in a position where he could take a shot but he will pass to a team mate in a better position and to help bring them into the game
The Nugets play a style that barcelona also played with pep where you had no actual striker, and use a false 9 ( a blend between a striker and a playmaker) this is exactly what Jokic would be, he draws defense so that his team can make runs in behind so he can move the ball... Outstanding from a style of play pov
Very interesting
Singlehandedly trying to save the NBAs reputation
🤝🐐
The truth is, he plays like no one before him, he changed basketball, now when the center catches the ball under his basket, he pulls a counterattack and organizes a regular attack, everything revolves around him.
He’s unreal hey, somehow he is already 2-3 steps ahead of the defence.
He won all the mvp, the only year he didn't he went for the final one ....
Ima need nuggets to be 2nd seat, and jokic to break the streak for most consecutive tripledoubles ( currently 11) If he does that he shlud be unanimous MVP
Ok, fair call! I wouldn’t be surprised if that happens, at least one of those anyways 🤝
Hope not, whenever he loses the MVP race he gets a ring.
yeah okay. But is he a black sg? nah? Ima vote for sga
@@vyyr fair enough, though i ll argue he s way darker then joel embrick, at the very least👑👑
@@HikoSeijuroXIII that only happend once..
He still has a lotta thing to prove. Remember, despite his mvps, dude has only one ring so far at his 29
We destroy 🤽♂️ , 🎾 and 🏀 ..waiting for ⚽️ 😅
Very true 🤝
The two Jokers 🏀🎾
So unselfish and efficient. He barely holds the ball for more than a few seconds unlike LeBron, Jordan and other superstars.
Yeah facts, shares the ball around
True, but you know that's mainly because, as a center, he'll have a FAR lower usage rate, compared with the other guys you mentioned...
Someone told me:
The only good thing that Nikola Jokic has is his IQ.
Me:
Yeah! He is gifted.
Dude is insane,,
🤝
Jokic Dominance is going to change basketball on all levels regarding types of players recruited, evaluations and development .ESPN spend to much time on players athleticism when really all you need for basketball is reasonable height and a reasonable wingspan. A High IQ can make up for not having athleticism.
Yeah for sure, players will need to be much more well rounded in the future. No way the likes of Ben Simmons sneak into the NBA again haha
Nice comparison there. Yeah I think you are right, he has really elevated his game since 22/23
Best player in the universe
🐐🤝
@ this dude can do no wrong in my eyes.
I'm OBSESSED With How Nikola Jokic Plays Basketball... MEEEE TOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
Yes sirr! 🤝🐐
I don't know how youtube edits work, but if you could slide in his recent full court shot, that would cement your vid.
About that 15,000 pts 7,500 reb 5,000 ast list, I got a 💎 that you & everyone else on here might not be expecting:
I did a calculation a few days ago for Wilt on the above list & ultimately determined that if you factor in today's assist criteria AND plus the lesser known fact that Wilt thought he was undercounted by 4ast per game as a Laker, he(Wilt) actually achieved this feat in about:
790 games
(Either end of 68-69 season, or the start of 69-70)
Oh wow! Thanks for sharing brother 🤝
@@Hoops_Central_23 You're welcome 💯!
Him with Russ is basketball perfected.
Great to watch!
You think you’re special? Everyone is obsessed with how this guy plays basketball.
We are all special brother 😜
Basketball media isn't. They still obsessed with Lebron lol
@@Hoops_Central_23 😂
Jokic like circus bear who comes out on unicycle, ramps through some flamming hoops, flies over tank of sharks, and proceeds to put all other circus performers to shame
😂😂 So nice ❤❤
@MimieThalie 😂 Seriously what he reminds me of. Never seen anything like it
@@cappy2282 never seen such a player in 61 years too.. He really is the best ever.. I really admired and love this guy..
@MimieThalie Ya I been watching since 90's and I never seen anything close to Jokic. He's a menace out there and nothing can stop him. Every single game he's a monster
Been watching since the 1970s nothing like jokic put him in any era championship almost guaranteed can you imagine Stockton Malone Jokic playing they Utah would win 7 championships rings
Jokić, making NBA great again! 😂
Facts 🤝
Dude is hitting almost 48% of his threes. Staggering.
If you take away his end-of-quarter heaves he's shooting 51% from 3 this season.
🤝
Agreed
Opponents extremely athletic, have sky high verts, so fast in their movements they almost time travel into the future, but it is all in vain.. I cannot imagine how demoralizing that is to other teams..
It must get frustrating getting out played by most likely the slowest dude in the floor most games haha
All serbians i know are scary good at something
It’s their passion 🤝
Timberwolves today lets get ittt
🤝
at the moment 30.2 ppg 13.4 rpg and 10.1 apg for Jokic
How much of us wish we can watch Wilt, Bil and others? Now we are watching Jokic who will be biggest legend of NBA, and still media wanna take that from ppl and first they start with embiid, now they pushing SGA,(sga is great player but not even close to Jokic), and all of that bcs he is not on social media and he is not activ in media like some fools.... So he is not high market advertising player and that is problem for NBA.... But let them disputing JOKER, at least we are witnesing one of greatest player ever :)
Yes, well said! 🤝
amazing video,i never knew nuggets risked by taking him is that true ?
I don’t think that taking him at 41 was much of a risk at all, that’s why he’s probably the greatest find ever.
Closest man to Larry Bird.
Fact! 🤝
What's crazier is Denver going 11-2 after moving Westbrook to starter.
Scariest duo since Shaq and Kobe.
his position is existed a lot in the park
when the best skilled bb player is accidentally also the biggest man in team, he will play center position forcefully
the difference is he can combine his forced position and his skill sets
It’s like and adult playing with grade school kids haha
@ exactly
He’s one of the most complete offensive players. Despite his steals numbers, he’s not an elite defender
Maybe not elite but more than capable 💪🏻
But does he give an honest effort?
❤
🤝❤️
13.4 rebounds and 10.1 assists actually
Mozzart
🏀🎶
If he wins 4 or 5 more championships, I would put him at second greatest basketball player of all time. Next only to MJ.
1 of 1
Facts 🤝
0:07 imagine comparing stats of player who play 30 years ago with someone whos playing now😆
It's simple. Sombor shuffle
🤝
Best phenomenon since MJ and kareem
shaq ?
not scoring a tripple double is a disappointment now.
Haha yeah kinda is hey
I think realistically Kareem is second in all time points, has 6 rings, and 6 mvps. Jokic needs at least 3 championships before he has the career accolades to be argued above Kareem based on individual impact. And I’m the biggest Jokic fan I just like to remain as objective as possible when it comes to my all time rankings.
Not looking at career greatness just all time best or all time peaks he is likely objectively top 5 and I would argue he is top 3
Yep, fair call 🤝
Im ngl Jokic might be better than MJ
Oof big call
It’s the Westbrook affect
He’s helping 🤝
You made a mistake in the first minute. He is averaging 10.1 assists.
I made the video before the Kings game when he was at 9.9, the kings game pushed his average up. If you a true know-all you would hav picked that up 😜
I try update the stats throughout the production process as best I can but eventually the video gets too far along.
how to stop him? no you cant..just let him do the scoring and guard his teammates, and in the offensive side...attack him...this strategy works only in playoffs though to win a series against his team.
Can’t stop Jokić, have to try stop the rest of the team
🇷🇸❤
❤️🤝
Jokic has replaced Shaq as my favorite center of all-time.
Same as me, as a 90s kids Shaq was everything 🤝
imagine joker trying to guard prime shaq😂
@@ziginaigra his 51% FT was quite a liability, but ya, Shaq bodied everyone
This is about as well-scripted a hoops vid as I've watched, and I watch an unhealthy number of them. Buttons smashed.
