    In one of your videos for kids you mentioned not to give anything that comes out of packet. So readymade rajkeera laddu or groundnut chikki ,should be given to the kids or not.

      Ideally no, as apart from jaggery these chikies and ladoos contain a high amount of sugar. If possible try making then at home there are lot of such recipes available on TH-cam on these. Hope it helps!!

    I avoid negative comments but What BS ... First ever Nutritionist to say its okay if kids dont eat vegetables....her famous strategy say what people want to hear! Make them happy! . What about phytochemicals n other micronutrients in vegetables Totally wrong info
