This is so true! When I was in first week of first year my notes are mess and so my scores hahaha. I learned this through experience tho and having your notes organized as well as not relying on your prof's slide is a habit every college student should develop.
well this is a fact for every subject. might be time consuming but thats how i roll in general 1.find proper literature --usually the recommended lit. from the prof/or books that i prefer-- + my seminar/lecture/lab notes. 2.keep s/lect/lab notes as a driver and i am "binding" into the specific topic on books "site'. [if you wanna speak for pharmacology :P] 2.1 while creating new and more complete notes. 3. Studying my final draft of notes which then "metabolized" to 4. "mnemonic-notes" -- usually bulletin style notes with keywords" ps. "FORGOT THE --> REPETITION
It feels good to know there are cures and remedy for many terrible disease and virus such as :- herpes genital hiv hpv diabetics etc? Am grateful I finally got rid of genital herpes after suffering for over the years. Trust me holistic doctors are the best add up doctor Irabor on WhatsApp today::::+1 (406) 426-3010.

And actually I’ve found that by teaching pharmacology, I understand it better. I’ve made a channel about it and now I am a better learner! Great info!

I don't necessarily support this strategy. I mean, everyone studies differently, but the major factor that distinguishes great med students from failing ones is efficiency. I feel that hand-writing notes is far too time consuming (don't recommend). The major transition I made between undergrad and med school was making sure to use spacing/active recall instead of hand-writing notes. If you practice active recall while studying and you space the material out properly (either via anki or whatever) you will develop stronger synapses than you would otherwise (hand-writing).

I'm in the same situation, they talk so fast and sometimes say a lot of stuff that's not on the slides so this technique is hard for me to follow
Try to record the lesson and then listen to it after and take notes.
I think cology will be better when a pharma student explain it 😁..bcoz we learn this for 3yrs ...
