7 minutes in and... I have the fidget, I want the new one, I have the timer, the AirTag and EXACTLY THAT GAME.... Love this guide already, so accurate!
Jesse - you are a national treasure!🤩 Love these ideas and love how relatable you are as you expertly describe how people with ADHD experience life, along with providing helpful, fun and thoughtful suggestions. THANK YOU for all you do for the ADHD ‘community’!
For notebooks, purchasing a writable eink tablet, specifically the reMarkable, changed the game for my adhd. reMarkable in particular is very good about avoiding distractions and just being a paper surface, which is huge for adhd imo. It avoids the "can't mess up the nice moleskin" effect because you have undo and infinite new pages, and being able to externalize my reasoning at work made it possible for me to jump from developer (just build thing in front of me) to architect (use my ability to quickly grasp abstract concepts and fit things together to design software).
The anti planner is currently on sale! $10 off. I got one and love it! It helps me figuring out the reason why I'm not doing what I want to be doing. And it was my first big clue that I might have ADHD (I got it this summer, as just another planning solution and because I loved the images)
Best gift was a door lock with a code in case I forget my keys (double points they installed it, so it didn’t sit in the box for months 😊) Other things I love that I put on my Christmas list, Everyday Dose Mushroom coffee and Stimagz.
Good call on the fidget. I am more of a rubber band-stretcher, but always on the lookout for something less explosive/comedic when the fidgeting is more than the rubber band can take
Also two great books are “dirty laundry” and “small talk” by Richard and Roxanne Pink aka ADHD_love. 😊 Thanx for the ideas. I was looking for some inspiration for someone else and found things I was to have 😂😅
omg I just impulse bought light glasses cus I've been struggling with the exact same issue, you might have just helped me with my lifelong sleep deprivation, thank you so much Jesse (loved your book btw!!) 💜
Damn, I paused the video and went straight to the link for the portal app and it's apple ecosystem only, bummer ;( Anybody knows a valid alternative for windows? It might have also just doubled up as the video backdrops for d&d sessions that I have been looking for! noooooo I'm super disappointed
Man left for almost a year and came back with a banger

Water bottle - check!
Water bottle with magnets - it’s like HydroFlask and Yeti knew I needed something more than basic hydration

thanks, Daniel! Do you have any amazon link to the one you have?
Great suggestion! I have a reMarkable tablet and love it. It's expensive but so nice for what it does.

Great recommendation! Rich & Rox are awesome.
Wow! This is so great! Thanks for these ideas-I could relate to every single one of them, and I’ll be passing this video on to my other half.
It’s a fidget ring I have so many of them and they help so much
Nice! Is there a particular one you'd recommend?

Did they help? 😊
Dani's book is awesome. It's such a shame it's been stolen and resold by so many scammers
Thank you
No problem, glad it was helpful!
my favorite fidget toy must be the case of my ipod pro2. But yes, it is a little loud. but I will try the newton asap.
The AirPod case? I use that one for fidgeting a lot too, since I always have it in my pocket.
Gimme the gifts!! :D
