    Thank you again Teacher Jonah! I really enjoyed today’s lesson🤗 can u also make a video where you can share any good resources that we can watch in bisaya? Like any tv shows? Or books that beginners can maybe understand? If you know any shows in bisaya made for kids that would be good too since my bisaya isn’t too advanced yet. whenever I search up any good Filipino shows they’re always in Tagalog and not bisaya so I think making a video talking about good resources we can use to help input more bisaya in our lives would be awesome!💕

    Thank you very much for your videos! What language do they speak in General Santos city?

    Fact:
    Even the people of Cebu doesn't call the language Cebuano just like others in Leyte, Bohol, Negros and Mindanao.
    As Cebuano is just a linguistic term that is use by the linguists to refrain the confusion of the none native speakers of the Visayan Languages family.
    As always it's safe to say Bisaya to mean the Cebuano language as never in the history of our language we call it Cebuano.

    whats the differene between mu/mo and mag?

    • @bisayaclassroombyjonah3891
      @bisayaclassroombyjonah3891  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      for Mu/Mo-it is just the spelling. They mean the same. a prefix that indicates an action to be done in the future.
      *Difference between Mag and Mu/Mo*
      While both of these prefixes indicate a future action if connected to a verb, there is a slight difference in meaning.
      Mag- shows action to be done in the future but it is not intentional or the speaker has no choice.
      Mu/Mo-shows action to be done in the future and it is intentional. It is the plan of the speaker to do it.
      Example: antos-suffer
      Sentence 1: Muantos ko.
      (I will suffer .) The speaker willingly chose to suffer even if he has the choice not to.
      Sentence 2: Magantos ko.
      (I will suffer.) The speaker knows that eventually he will suffer and he is left with no choice but to accept the reality.
      Hope it helps.
