    I used this to build my house on Whidbey Island, WA and it was an excellent choice. Worked just as described here and made a strong, quiet house.

    That is a very interesting system.
    You can handle this by hand, that is a little technical revolution.

    How long of a clear span can I go for a garage floor?

      Depends on the anticipated loads (incl. seismic) and region: in most of the USA with regular vehicle-loads (3,000lb point load) you can span up to around 26 feet. Most of Canada with 4,000lb point load up to around 24 feet.

      How long of a clear span can I get for a house first and second floor, also how thick does the concrete need to be normally in a residential build ?
