Vedanta Society of New York is affiliated with the Ramakrishna Order of India. In fact, this is the Order's first Center started by Swami Vivekananda, in 1894. It was a historic event, for the seed of the world-wide Ramakrishna Movement was sown here in New York over a century ago. Swami Sarvapriyananda is the present Resident Minister and Spiritual Leader of the Vedanta Society of New York.
The end of the video has such a powerful message, Non-Dual realization, Moksha, is, in a way, the beginning, because it is then when we realize our true nature and are "free" to do what we love the most without any fear or anxiety. The highest of these possible things to do is to love God.

Beloved Swamiji mentions rather briefly about Mahaprabhu's pilgrimage of the western India. I'm unable to resist my temptation to also mention about a holy place at the foot of the holy mountain Girnar (Giri Narayan) there's an ancient temple of Bhagavan Balabhadra, and a small pond known as Damodara Kunda.
When Mahaprabhuji arrived there, great Vallabhacharya was also on the pilgrimage of the same. Acharya Shree Vallabha conducted a recital 'parayana' of Shreemad Bhagavatam in presence of Mahaprabhu and they had divine discourses in their Samadhi-bhasha.
Our pranam to Shree Ma Sarada and Bhagavan Ramakrishna, to Mahaprabhu Krishna-Chaitanya, to Acharya Vallabha, and also to the Lotus feet of Swamiji Sarvapriyananda. Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare.
Dualist perspective explained so clearly that I felt some love just through the words. That is the Ramakrishna way of teaching understanding the all theological aim.

"Some say that Madhusudana renounced home when he was merely ten years and travelled all the way to Navadvip (in West Bangal) to meet Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, who was famous then as an embodiment of intense love for God. But, as destiniy would have it, at that time Sri Caitanya was elsewhere in India spreading his message of bhakti. Disappointed, no doubt, but not disheartened, Madhusudana nevertheless stayed on there waiting for Sri Caitanya's return. And in the meanwhile, studying under the guidance of Mathuranatha Tarkavagisa, the then foremost professor of Nyaya, he mastered that philosophy. At the same time, he also deeply imbibed the devotional teachings of Sri Caitanya with which Navadvip was vibrant."

I doubt that someone of vaishnava teachers could give such a beautiful lecture, devoid of condemnation. While all theistic religions argue, Ramakrishna and his amazing devotees, especially Swami Sarvapriyananda, love and embrace all of us, giving us a shelter; and we are crawling with broken hearts to you, and you are healing us drop by drop with amrta of your words ❤❤❤

This only Swami Sarwapriyananda can do . Himself a non dualistic monk and to speak on a stonch dualist whose followers strictly oppose Adi Shankaryacharya philosophy .. only Swamiji with such an open mind can speak and give proper justice to such a talk .
its not just Swami Sarvapriyananda, its the Ramkrushna Mission which is non-sectarian sect. Any monk from the Ramkrishna Mission and any mataji from Ramkrishna Sharada Math can do that.
Achinta Bheda Abheda school doesn’t oppose non dualism. It simply says that gyan and Prem be combined to make God realisation easy and purposeful 😊

But the follwers of thot philosophy 🤐, narrow minded to say the least.
They are like the non-violent versions of Abrahamic Religions, replacing the Abrahamic God with Krishna.
Actually, neither Chaitanya Mahaprabhu nor Rai Ramanand has placed Advaita lower than Bhakti. Similarly, Adi Shankaracharya never lowered Bhakti than knowledge. His renditions such as Jagannath Ashtakam, Bhaja Govindam, etc are testament to this fact. Shri Ramakrishna too emphasised that all path leads to the same God realisation and all are true.

All 'sadhaks' say to dhyana (meditation for god) a siddha guru' s guidance is needed. Parampurush Ramkrisna and Swami Vivekananda said it is must. Swami Turiananda Mararajji got a bad experience to made dhyana without a guru's guidance and fell sick. Maa Sarada rescued him and showed him the right path. Where and how Maharaj, what I will do?

I have a question for the swami. I understand that I am aware of the world, hence I am not the world etc. I am aware of my mind , hence I am not my mind also. But can I be aware of anything without mind being the medium? I am aware of the moon.does not the mind comes in between the moon and myself. I feel that I am aware of the moon and feel it's beauty in the mind. So how is the mind an object just like other objects that arise in my awareness?

I have a general question. In Shi Ramakrishna and His Disciples, in the chapter on Swamiji, it is mentioned that all the questions the then Naren had such as ‘Wby evil exists in God’s world, what is the balance between God’s justice and God’s mercy’ etc were answered one by one as though via a series of slides. Does Swamiji ever explain these? If yes, then where can I read about them?
No Swamiji haven't explained it yet, Swami Medhananda might have talked about it in one of his lectures.
