I am uncertain what video you mentioned the company in, but I applied for several positions and was turned down. Went back on their site last month to apply and boom!!! I start 5/8. The pay and benefits are boom!!!! I even mentioned your name during my interview. I worked for Centene as a PCA as well. Loved it, the calls weren't back to back either.
The trick is to have several 1099 companies that you work that way you always have gigs and money coming in

It's always smart to have multiple sources of income.
Yes. Having to rely one 9-5 job is draining even if it's easy. I work a great paying 9-5 now for almost a year now. It's very easy no hard labor at all. I thought I'd be happy when I first started but yet I'm still drained and ready to quit when I walk through those doors now. Especially working 3pm-11pm my days are gone. I have to sleep most of the morning away to feel well rested at work and still be a mother of 3 so I can barely get any rest. Forget about spending time on enhancing all the skills I have that could make me money working that shift. I'm going to get into Having multiple gigs so I can have a peace of mind and quit this 9-5 life!
@@liyahb5567 that's a horrible shift 3-11pm steals your day. I'm working from home doing sales and pick when I want to work. I dontike schedules where I'm told when I work. I can work when I want to and no need to ask for time off. I am independent contractor. The job is iffy because if I don't make sales, I get warnings. But it works for now. I don't like working under someone and told when I have to go in.
My goal is to run my own business and make more money. I want to also have multiple streams of income.

That explanation of the contractor roles is perfect, very spot on 👌🏾 I just started a contractor position with Arise, this is my first 1099 job, and it’s interesting how it works to say the least.
YES, interesting to say the least! Honestly, it's a big loophole for some companies to overwork and underpay folks. But it can be amazing for what it is when worked right.

@@Hi-vp3zu No they don’t send equipment. You’d need to already have your own laptop that passes their tech check & a second monitor to make it dual monitors, the usb headset, and a hard wired internet connection with an Ethernet cord.

In my experience any company that says they'll talk about the pay in the interview, isn't paying jack squat. If the pay was a positive, they'd mention it in the ad.
That reminded me of an insurance job I tried to apply for about ten years ago. The discussion was complicated that I still did not understand how I was going to get paid. It was a company with a husband-and-wife team who was heading for divorce. It seemed like he wanted to give me a chance, but she did not. I end up not getting the job and believe I dodged a bullet. Did not know it at the time.
Great video! For Working Solutions you mentioned no interviews but at the end of the How to Apply page it says if accepted there would be a video interview. Is that new?

Does these require ssn or tax ID seeing they won't be in charge of your tax and also is available worldwide or just in the US and if so is it for all states?
I have worked for Working Solution for over 5 years. I have enjoyed it!! I worked 5 different clients and it has been an overall wonderful experience! I agree that this isn’t the best idea for “Bill money” or “predictable income” because you are pd by the minute for each call you have. They do have a clause if you don’t receive any calls for the hour for you to make some money. They have quick training for you to start within abt 3 wks. Good option to suggest!!

Nexrep is also a great 1099 company as well. Omni is another but idk them they’re not so great but maybe it could work someone else

I just saw from another video that you are from Georgia. I am seeking another work from home, but I want to have something in the middle because most of the jobs I keep working for are always being bought from another company or I get put on other accounts (only happened with one job) where the trainers did not want to train and only wanted to make friends. Unemployment insurance has been harder to get. I want to make money when I say it's time to make money.
