I dont like the design concept.. Also the architect hasn't fully utilised the space.. I feel It's just a waste of space.. 500 Gaj is huge I mean there were Hundreds of design possibilities but unfortunately the Architect decided to keep it very simple like a normal 4bhk.. Which u can easily buy under 1cr. So I think it's hugely Overpriced....
I'm not sure about the price. But the design is pretty nice. As I think, when you want the house to be luxurious, you would care less about space utilisation. Sure you can have a design with more rooms but then it wouldn't be that spacious. In the end it's just a matter of opinion.

In my big city Atlanta,USA,for 1 million dollars I get a bigger house,huge front and back yards ,swimming pool,24 hrs security ,and all the first world amenities like best road infrastructure,24 hrs water and electricity,golf course,country club etc.This house is overpriced for a non meteopolitan city like Chandigarh.
