CHALLENGE
The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz has reinvented itself and has entered the market with a new look.
Racerfish was responsible for capturing the entire resort with the four different hotel areas - two thermal springs, the spa and its own medical center - in an emotional film.
WHAT WE DID
The finished film shows the resort from the perspective of the visitor. The various claim and target groups are reached emotionally with their own user stories. The experiences, that are unique to each visitor, are illustrated in the film from different perspectives.
