Love the progress! I've been following your build closely as I'm about to start swapping my own c3 with no real experience doing this level of work, thank you for showing the tips and tricks you've picked up along the way!
Thanx a lot for this series, binge watched it for the last couple of days, pretty much the same I have ongoing for my -73. Love & appreciate the good info & explanations, and the equipment listing :-) I also went with stand alone harness, but from PSI. I'm also going with the 4L60e trans, so a little bit extra on the trans mount & driveshaft, but I want the overdrive.. Running one more season with the L48 & TH400, then done with the engine during summer, prepped & ready for next autumn swap & upgrade. LM7 & 4L60 already in the garage, but need to convert the trans from 4wd to 2wd, kit in the mail. PSI harness in house, same for a lot of the other stuff. Shopping now for LS6 intake & front accessory kit + radiator & fans. Looking forward to your next video
That’s awesome! For the LS6 intake. If you can’t find it locally there’s a company that sells them online. Look at Street Machinery streetmachinery.com/products/ls1-ls6-intakes I talked to them a couple of time before I found one locally. Next video will be on the waterpump and power steering pump modification.
@@StreetersGarage Thanx for the intake tip! Will try to find a complete one first 😅 What about fuel pressure regulator, haven’t heard you mention that, not needed when going with the Holley in tank pump & LS6 intake..? 🤔
@@StreetersGarage Ahaa, nice. Was searching for the Holley Intank Fuel Pump 312-12, nowhere to be found, turned out it’s 12-312 😅 My -73 needs a 12-311

No problem. Good luck with your swap. Let me know if you have any questions.

@StingrayBob Correct. The Holley drop in is already regulated at 58PSI. One less thing to worry about.

@@StingrayBob it’s definitely they way to go.
