Yet, people that were considered crazy aren’t talked about! I find it eye opening how the majority only agree with what society or the government currently supports. People are afraid to challenge ideas or even be open minded. It’s sad to me!

Im a 5'2" female, went camping alone in the George Washington National Forest for a few days. It was raining so i slept in the back seat of my jeep, soft top. Around 3am something brushed against the back drivers corner of the jeep & rocked me almost out of the seat. My jeep had an extra 4" suspension lift so whatever brushed against it was tall. I had no weapon of any kind. I knew nothing of Bigfoot at the time but now I wonder, maybe??

I know you felt blessed and thankful to have had the time you did with all the fishing and camping trips you guys shared through the years. Thinking of you on this tragically sad journey to thank your friends, share favors, share laughter, share tears and confusion. Much love, honor and respect. Sending you compassion for healing your heart and peace in your mind. 😊
Chris, I really enjoyed this video. It’s almost like we are camping right there with you. The stories were great, fun to see you cook and then, in your little tent with a good book to read at night….Love how you continued the experience till the morning coffee segment.❤ Wish I had a camping buddy like you ❤
I used to hike, camp alone for days, and fish all night until an encounter with two UFOs in 1999. I`m 59 years old and scared to go anywhere alone now. I`m not very afraid of bears, big cats, coyotes or even snakes but the UFOs messed me up. I had nearly 7 hours missing that night. I had 3 coyotes come into my camp and try to steal my chicken roasting over the coals of the fire. They didn`t see me laying there right beside it. I jumped up hollering and waving my blanket and scared them senseless! Ha!

But when you listen to it as a story . It is kinda funny when you said Bigfoot ran away screaming .well it is probably more scared than the guy there.😂

Being from Vermont, Upstate NY starts in the Adirondacks..lol. It’s funny how NYC folks view Upstate NY as anything above Manhattan. Originally from Michigan and we called soda…pop. Creek..crick..Aunt..ant…lots of variations on words. Also..I have the safety whistle you use. I have gifted them to my loved ones. Great for camping or any situation where you might need to scare someone or something off. They are so loud that you should use earplugs when using.

Very scary situation for that poor couple. That door handle getting turned and rattled would have been it for me. Living in NY, I looked up the town on google maps. I like to get a feel for the location. This state is huge so I’m thinking this is up by Canada, far from our home. Turns out, It’s about 45 mins away. Great. You can just rock me to sleep tonight. Reminds me of Whitehall NY back in 1976 along the Abair rd, more than one person saw it over a period of time. And as late as 82. Remember the hockomock swamp in Massachusetts, the Bridgewater triangle as well. Myself and officer walker out back of lake nipinitic along a stretch of dirt road right thru that swamp, something lifted the patrol cars rear end off the ground then took off in the swamp. This was back when things were more rural than now. 70s-80s. There were a lot of sightings back then in that time period. Not to worried about Bigfoot but do carry my S&W model 29 4" 44 when I am out in the wilds so to speak. More concerned with crazy people than Bigfoot. Spent the better part of my life outdoors in the woods and have seen some interesting things and heard them also. Thanks for another interesting story, some of them kinda bring back memory's. 😊
Your 2nd story scared me! I had to give out a couple muted screams when you said big foot screamed. Muted because my 2 young grandkids are nearby, and I don't think they'd enjoy hearing grandma screaming loudly. 😆
I love it when you go camping! And cooking and telling us about camping equipment and all that cool stuff. Plus, you told us two stories. Wow, keep it up. Thanks, I'm loving it.
Thanks Chris. That was a great double feature. Also liked: The best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup. I almost forgot about that commercial. Thanks for the reminder.

My Mom passed a couple of weeks ago😢 I am glad you are finally camping 🏕 and enjoying the outdoors... Beautiful Scenery...Pretty cool to be in a cabin facing a lake...werid to have a Cemetery out there. How creepy to be out there in the middle of nowhere and hearing the banging noise...and seeing the Sasquatch in the kitchen window 🪟...I would of jumped out of my skin..hearing the doorknob shaking.. Great Story, Chris..Enjoy your evening, camping..
When i was in my late 20s,early 30s, after i got out of the Army, i used to backpack up in the Desolation Wilderness area! The little ponds up there were just crystal clear. Only unusual 'noise ' was one time, late at night, hearing what i think was a mountain lion growl near us. Thankfully, there were no issues, and it moved on. Safe travels and thinking of you as you go to pay your respects to your friend. Life is precious. KH

Not leaving any treats, ice cream, or pop for any outdoor visitors. Go somewhere else! The neighbors might have something.
Thanks for the great story!
NY is huge? Heh.
@@swooshdave Yes it is. We're so lucky to live here! It connects to the Great Lakes and Atlantic Ocean. It a big, absolutely beautiful state with mountains leading into rivers. The Hudson Valley is beyond compare.Full of rich history, prehistoric artifacts, art, theater, commerce, hosting the United Nations. NYS is a gateway to the world It's huge in ways you'll never know. HUGE!
and now we can add Big Foot to that list. So there's that as well.
@@Jackie7665 You may want to travel out West a little to get some perspective. 🙂
@@swooshdave been there, done that many times. Love the South West, California. It's a beautiful country. New York is my home. Where my family first came for shelter, found it, survived and thrived. No place like home. Love the West, though. Grateful it's there. You need to see New York to learn what's it's really all about.
"When the Crickets Stop" 😷 lmbo!😂
Hey Chris! I know you showed us your personal- emergency beacon device. If you have an iPhone, they have an app within the emergency button that serves as a similar device. (Something to check out of you have an iPhone... We were astonished how great it can connect, in real-time texting, and receive your location.) Thanks again for the stories. God bless!
Aloha Chris, I'm so glad your tent was close to Your truck. And you were safe. Good stories and I believe. Look forward to your next Video Aloha and GOD BLESS You 🙏💙⚘🥰
Thank you! Will do!
Yeah there's much more dangerous people in NYC than any apes running around the woods.
Thank you! I hope you have a lovely, safe trip!
Awesome video Chris!! Thanks for showing your safety gear!
Keep Hiking!❤
Your 2nd story scared me! I had to give out a couple muted screams when you said big foot
screamed. Muted because my 2 young grandkids are nearby, and I don't think they'd enjoy hearing grandma screaming loudly. 😆
Yikes...Thats funny!
Keep up the good work mr cris I’m here in nyc and we don’t get good monster shows like yours love them 🐻👻🐿️❤️🎉
How in the world Chris can tell that terrifying story in that tent alone and then sleep!!!!! My eyes are watering with fear!!!!
I love it when you go camping! And cooking and telling us about camping equipment and all that cool stuff. Plus, you told us two stories. Wow, keep it up. Thanks, I'm loving it.

Now we need Sasquatch Spit or Bigfoot Loogie!
RIP, your friend, Base Camp Chris.
Oh, and drink another Moose Drool for him! The Sasquatch Spit isn't available yet!
Thanks Chris. That was a great double feature. Also liked: The best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup. I almost forgot about that commercial. Thanks for the reminder.
My evening schedule has become watching a video before bed. Chris is a great storyteller.
Thank-you Chris! Always a pleasure to watch your videos. Good for you taking protection along. Smart. You never know. Keep going!

I am glad you are finally camping 🏕 and enjoying the outdoors...
I’m sorry for your loss. I lost my mother a year ago. I know how hard it is.
Thank You..@jordanlever7857
Thanks for the stories. I really enjoyed the video. I like when you add the camping and hiking into the video. The mountains are amazing. 👍❤️
KH
Great creepy story, Chris. Also that burger looked incredible! Cool bun! Greetings from Boston! 🏕
Love the longer videos. Yay.
