bro you forgot the basic rule of RTO that any fog light which is placed below the headlight is considered as fog lights. if it is placed above the headlight then it is illegal.

As per RTO RULES installing Fog lights over TOP of the HEADLIGHT is Illegal....
Best Place to Fix is OVER BUMPER only or UNDER BLINKER..
