    Hello my brother
    I am a young 22 year old I practice semen retention
    I developed hyper kyphosis while I was on FAP
    this hyper kyphosis developed when I was training weight training and I was FAPPING at the same period (I had no fuel or energy)
    question: since now I am in semen retention, will I cure my back problems and my hyper kyphosis? know that if I was before in nofap and I trained well this back problem would not happen to me since sperm is the essence of man

      With the proper yoga/stretches while on semen retention, it’ll definitely relieve the symptoms. Keep that posture straight and keep being great! 🙌🏾🤍💫

      Im sure flapping okay ed a huge role, but theirs not enough information given to help you. If your back hurts, I suggest you do some ground work, like mountain climbers and burpees (assuming its your thoracic and lumbar spine).
      We don't know what workout you were performing when you started experiencing pain. Semen retention will help tho. Also make sure you eat some healthy carbs earlier b4 your lifts. That will also give you the energy reserves you need to perform. Healthy foods improve sperm quality, which will improve your quality aswell.
